BIOGRAPHY
Magnus Waysun was born in the slums of Taris, a planet littered with a plethora of ships that range from all shapes and sizes. While the planet maintained its status as an urban world it was still littered with junk, wastelands, and swamps. Unfortunately if you weren't middle or upper class you were likely forced to make a living in the wastelands. For Magnus' family they were fortunate enough to barely survive within the middle class in a somewhat urbanized portion of Taris. Magnus' father found work with the large amount of technology just sitting around Taris and thus he became a scrapper, somebody that took apart old ships, droids, you name it. It didn't bring in the most money but it was enough to get by and avoid being forced to live out in one of the many wastelands on Taris. Magnus spent a vast majority of his time with his father due to the unfortunate death of his mother during childbirth. During his time with his father he picked up a thing or two on the inner workings of a various amount of ships and other forms of technology due to helping his father scrap them. For years Magnus lived his life this way, eventually getting an actual job helping his father scrap various machinery.
In his free time Magnus liked to gamble and explore the backwater end of Taris he was in. Magnus met many types of people, though they were all similar in a way even if one was some sort of death stick addict or even an alcoholic. All these people had a lack of drive and motivation. All of the people he saw seemed to be content living life in the slums of Taris. Magnus however had more drive and believed he had a much brighter future than this piss poor life style. Over time Magnus learned a lot about these low life type of people, though this happened the hard way. Constantly Magnus got in trouble with the wrong kinds of people but because of this he learned a trick or two. Sleight of hand and a silver tongue were only a couple tricks he learned added on to the fact he was forced to learn how to look out for himself and survive. There were no rules in a street fight and Magnus learned that very quickly. As a means of defending himself he taught himself how to use a vibrosword, something he started to find himself carrying with him much more than he thought he would. Through his many struggles Magnus had come across many miracles happening whether it be when talking to somebody they unexpectedly listen to his suggestions even though they were previously hard pressed against it or be it Magnus having a strange feeling of deja vu or a sort of ability to predict certain acts just before they happened. Magnus however passed these events off to luck and didn't dwell on them.
As time passed and Magnus aged into his late teens an unexpected arrival had come to Taris and eventually approached him. A representative from the Jedi Order had come to Taris on the hunt for potential force sensitive people. When first offered to go with them, Magnus was hesitant, thus he went to discuss things with his father. Surprising Magnus, his father was ecstatic about the offer and encouraged he take it. His father had been working hard to gather enough credits in order to get his son off of Taris in the first place. Reluctantly, Magnus accepted the offer of the representative and gathered his belongings to leave Taris. He would miss his father, however he also knew this was what his father wanted for him and this was what he was looking for all this time. A year would pass after Magnus left Taris, within this year he had begun his Jedi training. By attaining the rank of Padawan Learner he spent a year learning about the Jedi Code and what it meant to be a Jedi. His usage of the force was tested as well as that of his vibroblade in preparation of when he would take up a lightsaber, a weapon for more civilized times. As his position within the Jedi order suggested, Magnus still has much to learn despite the progress he has already attained.

Personality
Magnus is a very upbeat, zany person who is rather rash and impulsive to the point that he's willing to do everything his way whether for good or for bad. Magnus is also described as hotheaded, impetuous, and confrontational. Magnus is very playful as a person and this translates to combat as more often than not, in the heat of combat Magnus will spew witty gibberish at his opponent in an attempt to taunt and aggravate them. However even though he is outwardly playing with his opponent he is constantly attempting to outsmart them with superior wit. Despite his foolish attitude Magnus is a detail oriented guy that is calculating and surprisingly highly intelligent and resourceful. Due to his up bringing in the slums of Taris he believes that anything is fair in a fight, though this has been slowly overwritten by his early training as a Jedi. When it comes to women, Magnus is a hopeless romantic that will constantly try to flirt with whoever catches his eye. He shows no fear when approaching a woman and can be rather persistent as he is willing to go out of his way in order to gain her fancy. Overall, Magnus is a free spirit that has a kind heart and a lot of bravery, determination, and the drive to better not just himself but those around him and the galaxy as a whole.
Abilities
-Prestidigitation| Magnus picked up the art of sleight of hand while living on Taris. He normally uses it for cheap parlor tricks and gambling, however it could potentially be used for something more.
-Mechanic/Technician| Growing up assisting his father with scrapping as well as getting a job in the field himself, Magnus has proven capable of both dismantling a large variety of machinery as well as being able to put it together and operate it. This includes anything ranging from droids to even ships, just hand him a hydrospanner and he'll fix whatever is needed to be fixed.
-Piloting| While only having roughly a years worth of experience doing actual piloting, this year mixed in with his entire life's worth of working on ships and figuring them out inside and out, Magnus is a rather talented pilot that is currently only held back by his lack of practical experience.
-Swordsmanship| After picking up and learning how to use a vibrosword off the streets of Taris, Magnus has further increased his training and experience with a sword through his training as a Jedi in order to prepare him for when the time comes for him to brandish a lightsaber.
-Force Manipulation| While hinted at in his youth, his control over the force has grown exponentially after receiving formal training as a Padawan Learner. However his experience is limited to only that of a year's worth of training and only at that of the Padawan level. Due to this Magnus only has a firm grasp on a basic understanding of the force and force abilities at his disposal.

-Basic jedi Robes| These are robes that Magnus usually only wears for formal occasions within the Jedi order.
-Street wear| Magnus has a variety of clothing he wears in public that easily masks his identity as a member of the Jedi Order due to how civilian it is in appearance.
-Jedi Utility Belt| Magnus keeps on him a Jedi Utility Belt that holsters a variety of useful tools such as a comlink, grappling spike launcher, holomap, and other such necessities. Magnus generally keeps a hydrospanner on hand in case something is in need of fixing.
-Vibrosword| While having yet to build his lightsaber, Magnus carries a vibrosword with him in order to defend himself.
