Being that I have the benefit of working at a game store I picked up this bad boy and have been playing it since its release.
Now, I'm not sure how many of you are Madden fans however those of you who have been friendly to the franchise to the past few years will find that 13 surpasses is predecessors in almost every way.
The Connected Careers option is amazing, being that Superstar mode was one of my favs I was super excited when i heard about this feature, by far the best addition to the game in my opinion, aside from the new Infinity physics engine of course.
Physics wise, the game as never been better Infinity does a fantastic job at making each and every collision unique, so much so that i still have not felt as though there has been a preset animation that i've come across yet as far as tackling and the like.
Being a Patriots fan im a huge passer. With the addition of new passing trajectories I love being able to have Tom Brady hurl the ball into the end zone and drop it right into a receivers hands or being able to place the ball only where Welker can grab it.
Run blocking still has some hiccups and although the new physics are awesome watching players trip over each other can be quite amusing at times.
Its a short review as the game has only been out for a day or so, but i think anyone who is a genuine fan can really enjoy this game especially in comparision to Maddens 11 and 12, definitely worth picking up.
