Good start, but you're going to need to specify a few more things.

What temperature of flame can this thing withstand for a minute?

What do you mean by mapping software?

There's probably more, but I'm tired.

The mapping software takes data from the thermal vision, sonar, and radar and then composites that data into constantly updating three dimensional map of the present location

I don't see anything really objectionable here. Just a couple minor things to quibble over, namely the armor's resistance to incoming fire.

Can you explain the use of the radar and sonar sensors to me a bit? I think you should just be rid of them, but I would like to know what your intent behind them is before I make that sort of request.

I'd like to see it reduced to 1-4 impacts from a conventional blaster or assault rifle, with better resistance against SMG's and carbine-type weapons, and good resistance against most conventional pistols. (Ie, standard sidearms, not heavies like the DL-44 and other armor-killers.) Your armor can soak a hit or two, but if you take a good burst to the chest you should be done in.

The fire resistance should also come down to 20 seconds, I think, to prevent this thing from being overly resistant to flame-based weaponry. Other than that it looks alright to me.

Alright edited the damage able to be taken

The radar and sonar sensors are meant for aiding in hazardous terrain navigation. They correlate with mapping software to give the wearer a better grasp of the environment they're currently operating in. The reason for having two different types is functionality Sonar fails in vacuum but succeeds in atmosphere while the inverse is more or less true for radar.

Oh, quick note because I -completely- derped and a friend of mine pointed this out to me;

The suit's heat resistance will only apply to radiant heat; ie, cast by proximity to flame or whatever happens to be hot. Direct exposure, ie sticking your toe in lava or getting doused with napalm or thermite or what-have-you is going to pretty much roast you in your suit. So remember that if someone comes after you with a flamethrower - get out of the way or get cooked!
