Theme: Black Dragon <> The Vines
OOC: Thread opposition will utilize dice. Originaly Plot.

Cyzyn-Itza-Rus had looked into the native species of Sarka. The Sarkans were not unlike the Dread Lord's native species, the Tiss'shar. They were in fact larger and possibly more dangerous in a normal fighter than his own. But they had a major flaw of being highly sucseptible to inclimate weather and low temperatures. Cyzyn-Itza-Rus did not suffer from such things to those extremes especially since he was a force weilder. He could use the force to stop his body from losing heat or feeling the affects of trivial things like cold. Sarkans were larger and all stood two meters tall on average if not taller. Cyzyn-Itza-Rus was tall for his own species and had been further changed by the dark side of the force to tower over others. Still he would probably be equally matched with these beings if he had not the skills and developments under the tutelage of his mentor.

He shirked such thoughts from long ago. He had come so far on his own. He had not even had the assistance of other Exiles for a long time and now they were all Sith. This made him glad. He had despised the name jedi exile. It had attached them to their old ways that they wanted to stray from. It had been down right contradictory.

Letting his blue eyed gaze turn towards his fellow companion he wondered how she would do in the following assignment. The being was confident in his own capabilities but working with a new unknown factor had him both curious and skeptical within reason. However he would give this individual the benefit of the doubt. He knew well enough that the prospect, Abigail, daughter of the Doctor, had worked closely with this fiery haired female.

The jungle was hot and humid but the serpentine sith was unaffected. He still wore his heavy armor for this mission and packed an extra grenade and detonation pack. The mission was to eliminate the artificial heating facilities in the underground tunnels. They already had a back way in but would need to get through the local defensive force and also make it out in one piece. Knowing what he did about Eisa he wondered if she was more a danger to him than the enemy. Afixing a grapple hook to the side of the large hole he would rappel down. He had an ascension gun in addition to his thunderslug in case he needed a rapid ascent on the way out. So far the sound of thundering water would keep any noise from the drop covered.

Stepping forward as the reptilian Sith who was leading the mission started to rappel down towards the tunnels below, the Fiery haired, Sith cast a look over the side of the cliff face that would down into their point of entry into the geothermal processing plant, Esia stood clad in her form fitting Assassin armor, her Emerald eyes scouring the surroundings before turning her attention towards the anchoring bolts and proceeding to lash her own rope into place before affixing it to the carabina clips fastened at the rear of her body harness.

Giving her weapons a final check over, before making sure they were secured into place, the teen took a few steps back away from the edge of the ledge, before breaking out into a running jump and angel diving face first into the void below. A gloved hand held above the small of her back as she controlled the speed of her descent, a wide grin plastered across her mouth obscured by the protective armor that covered the lower portion of her face. Her descent was swift and rapid, until the young teen came to a rapid stop just above the ceiling of the tunnels below. Slowly she winded herself down a foot to direct her gaze down the tunnels around her, to make sure there were no guards below for them to stumble onto right from the off.

Satisfied that the area was clear she slowly lowered herself closer to the floor below, setting her feet down first and quickly teasing the rope out of the carabinas on her harness, before securing the hanging rope within one of the cracks that ran up the cave wall, concealing it from casual view. Withdrawing her blaster pistol and light saber from their respective holsters the Teen scanned her gaze as far as she could along the length of the tunnels around them, making sure that the area was secured before ducking down against one of the boulders that had fallen down from the upper levels of the naturally formed shaft to the surface above.

Quietly she waited for the Reptilian Sith to ready himself and give direction on how the two Sith would proceed further towards the subterranean Geothermal facility. Her Mind opening up into the Force to initially enhance her abilities and senses before reaching out into her surroundings to get an indication of any approaching threats.

Well the female was limber, that much he could surmise from her desent. He was unsure if she was attempting to show off, trying to complete some sort of advanced method of rappeling or if she was just having fun. Whatever her attempt he waited for her to finish and then moved into a crouched position. There were two paths, one to either side. The reptilian sith waited a few moments to see if there were possibly patrols but thus far there were none. They were in a part of the tunnels that were still natural and not impacted by the artificial boilers. Few Sarka came this way save for an occasional patrol most likely so the two of them were fine for the time being.

Cyzyn-Itza-Rus would close his cerulean eyes and focus his attention to finding the unaware opposition. However he could not seem to detect any at the movement down either path for some distance. As far as he could tell there were living beings down both tunnels but neither defined which direction the boiler was nor which had the higher concentration. It was possible that they both led to the boiler the two sith were targeting. Of course one could be a long winding path that also led them to a fortified positon filled with guards while the other was simply a dead end. The bad thing about the force was it did not necessarily show such details as how curving a path could be.

For now the volume of the waterfall would cancel out their voices from being herd deeper down the tunnels so the two infiltrators could speak freely when close. "Can you detect which way to go?" He said, adding a predatory sniff to the end of his question. His natural detection versus the force method were sharper than the average humans. Perhaps that meant Eisa would have a better time locating any patroling Sarka guards.

Raising her gaze upwards towards the towering Sith Knight, Eisa narrowed her eyes as he questioned if she could sense what tunnel the two should take to get to the geothermal processing plant. Her mind opening up into the Force as she reached out searching her surroundings for anything that might give them a tell on what would be ahead. Her brow furrowing as she could sense distant life, but there was very little clarity as to which tunnel lead towards them. "I can sense life signs ahead, but its not in the direction of any of the tunnels are leading" the fiery haired teen offered, as she got to her feet and paced her way roughly ten meters down the left most tunnel before getting down on all fours and slowly lowered the side of her head towards the ground.

Pressing her ear against the floor the young teen held her breath as she concentrated on listening on the ambient noise and vibrations that ran through the ground. After a few moments she raised her head and got onto her feet with a sigh, before backtracking her way into the two Sith's point of entry into the tunnel network. The first attempt at trying to use a rudimentary tracking skill either yielded no results or the tunnel she had just entered did not lead to the targeted machinery. But she wanted to be sure that the other tunnel gave indication that the machinery was ahead or if it were the case that they were too far away from the subterranean complex for the sound to have carried.

Doing likewise in the second tunnel the young teen got onto all fours and rested her ear against the ground, her brow furrowing as the second tunnel yeilded no positive results either. Turning her attention back towards the Reptilian Sith, Eisa shook her head, "I can't hear anything either being carried in the ground, We might be too far away from the complex to get a clear sign" she explained as she got back to her feet and dusted herself off before stepping towards Cyzyn.

Furrowing her brow in thought she tried to muse what course of action would be best, splitting up may be too much of a risk yet they couldn't spend the entire time mulling over which tunnel to take. Her eyes widening in something of an epiphany, her gaze turning turning back towards the tunnels and flitted between the two for a few moments "I think that tunnel looks like its closer to rough direction where the life signs were, should we just take that one?" she inquired as the pointed to the left most tunnel.

He would not move but instead keep his gaze moving between the tunnels he watched as well as occasionally glancing at the red haired woman. She acted rather stranger but the being usually kept the company of the queer as it was. He should not be surprised. With her responses it would seem that they were going to have to take a chance. Hopefully it was not a dead end. The Tiss'shar silently nodded and moved towards the left most tunnel. He made effort to step lightly. His feet would not be heard while he was close to the waterfall but it was harder with claws and weighing more than the average human.

It would seem that the tunnel Eisa had picked had been a good choice. The markings started showing artificial excavation the more they went into it. It was not long before the sound of activity came from up ahead. It would be a few moments before they would likely come into view.

Continuing to creep he saw that there were numerous guards and personel. It was obvious this was a place of importance judging just by the protection it had. There were a few civilians by the looks of them but there were nine actual guards and they were armed well with blaster rifles, pistols and vibro-swords. They had on medium armor too. His gazed turned over to Eisa to see if looking at her would give him any idea of what her plan was.

Peaking her gaze from her low vantage point, the young teen surveyed the group of guards ahead of the Sith, before retreating back into cover, her emerald hued eyes phasing into dark onyx orbs, as she channeled the Force into her body, concentrating the energies into her limbs. The fighting conditions around them would be tight and cramped, leaving no room for error, yet alone the ability to hold the line. Something that the teen excelled in doing the complete opposite for! Her life as the Crimson Menace on the remote backwater planet of Bakura, she had learned to be quick on her feet within close quarters combat, often engaging the local law enforcement and security forces in narrow streets.

Once she had concentrated enough of the Dark energies within her, she turned round to the reptilian Sith leading the mission. "Hold Back for a bit" Eisa muttered as she retrieved two smoke grenades from her belt and pulled the arming pins from each, keeping a tight hold of them with one hand. With her freehand she withdrew her modified blaster pistol from the holster that hung over the small of her back. Taking one final deep breath, the young teen reached out in the Force to mentally mark the positions of the guards ahead of her.

With one long audible sigh, the teen burst into a Force aided sprint, charging head long into the tunnel towards the gathered guards. As she disappeared from view the sounds of two metallic canisters hitting the ground and erupting into two thick clouds of smoke. Flooding the area with a dense grey haze, obscuring the vision of the guards from the oncoming attacker. The sounds of blaster fire echoed throughout the corridor as in the panic the guards open fired at the ever rapidly changing position of their unseen attacker, who in turn proceeded to swiftly tear through the charge of her blaster's power cell.

Keeping low and switch within the clouds of smoke, the Teen leveled her overcharged blaster at each of the nine guards, snapping off two shots at each one, aiming in quick succession for their chest then their heads. The first six fell in quick succession with an over charged blaster impact hitting the chest and then heads of the armored guards, the burning plasma making quick and easy work tearing their lives away as the teen swiftly dispatched the resistance that lay in the Sith's path. In her haste however the follow up kill shots to the remaining three guards had gone astray, missing their heads as the force of the impact through their bodies backwards.

A sudden snap hiss ripped out throughout the chamber as an amber hued light saber sprang into life, as the teen switched her weapons, using her free hand to retrieve the curved hilt of her light saber, whilst she holstered her blaster pistol away. With a flurry of motion the teen sprang from her current path towards the closest guard, the amber hued arc of light cleaving through the guards body with ease. Before the teen continued with her rampage, switching the blade into her opposite hand, twirling it round in her hand into an mantis style hold, slashing out in an upwards slash Eisa drove the blade through the remaining standing guard, before spinning the blade round and lunging it downwards into exposed neck of the remaining stunned guard laying on the floor.

Silence fell throughout the chamber and down the tunnels, as the amber light saber was disengaged. Leaving the teen standing above a thinning cloud of smoke, that slowly revealed the scattered bodies of the guards in the floor around her as the grey haze diluted into the air around her.

The man did not take offense at the woman's request. There were many sith who would argue or ignore such words and prefer to enter the fray but Cyzyn-Itza-Rus was curious about Eisa. She was a friend of Abigail, and that made her a person of interest in the Tiss'shar's opinion. The following moments would allow him to witness her prowess and he was sufficed to say that it was not disappointing. While the smoke obscured much of it he could see the outlines of light from the blaster bolts. The change in directions and feel the extinguished lives of the guards. The civilians that had been about the area had run away early on in a panic. It could be that they went to get help or just escape. Either way the two sith would have to move quickly.

"Most impressive Miss Ti'Varnus." Cyzyn-Itza-Rus gave compliments where credit was due. He would move into the area with a calm walk now that it was vacant of life save for the two of them. He produced the explosive charges he had been carrying and began placing them.

Turning her gaze from the slain bodies around her, the young teen regarded the reptilian Sith as he approached, her blackened eyes slowly phasing back into their natural emerald hued state. Bowing her head in acknowledgement of the towering Sith's compliment. "Thank you, Knight Xho'thal" the teen responded as she ejected the spent energy cell from her blaster pistol, before slamming a fresh cell into her blaster. "But you can call me Eisa if you want" She offered as she inspected her weapon before holstering it. "Though I must admit I always did well in urban combat" she explained as she paced over towards the door that would lead further into the complex.

Crouching down beside the door the teen kept her light saber to hand, realising that should any of the civilians raise the alarm further along the line, there would likely be company arriving soon enough. Opting to provide cover whilst the towering reptilian Sith proceeded to plant the demolition charges throughout the room. The teen lay in wait for either Cyzyn-Itza-Rus to motion that he was finished and they were ready to move on. Or she would catch any assaulting reinforcements off guard as they charged through the door.

He nodded and gave a serpintine gurnt of acknowledgement, little more than the clicking of his voice box for but a moment. He continued setting the charges as the woman took care of the security. He doubted there would be any guards that came in time to catch the two sith. "They do not have the response time. Even if they come by the time we finish they will not have time to disarm the explosive. By that time we better be by the same place we came in, or better yet, past it." It took only a moment but the Tiss'shar was ready to depart.

"Let us leave this place." He said and turned to go back down the tunnel they had come from. His walk was brisk, his tail whipping back and forth with each step. He made no effort to conceal his heavy weight at this time. There was no point. The enemy already knew they were here. Hopefully Eisa would move with swiftness as well.

Nodding in acknowledgement to the reptilian Sith, Eisa retrieved the two fragmentation grenades from the harness on her belt, tying a thread to each of the pins, before securing it to the footing of the door frame and finally tucking the explosives at the foot of the opposite side of the door frame. For the years that Eisa had plagued the capital City on Bakura with her 'antics' she had come up with a few tricks to cover her escape. The concealed grenade often was one to slow down the advances of any would be pursuers, shredding who ever was unfortunate to stumble blindly across the parting gift.

Once completed Eisa turned on her heels and sprang to her feet and quickly closed the gap between her and the Tiss'shar. As soon as she drew level with the towering male, her emerald eyes looked up towards the large Cerulean eyes. "Left something to slow them down if opt to pursue us" The teen commented as they briskly made their way towards the natural shaft that acted as their point of insertion into as well as the point of extract from the subterranean complex. For every step the reptilian took, Esia took two as she matched his brisk pace.

As soon as the pair had cleared the tunnels and came to the mouth of the junction, Eisa retrieved the base of the rope that she had repelled down from where she had earlier concealed it within the natural rock formations. Her hands swiftly lashing the rope through the carabina clips on her harness, securing the rope in place. Taking a final look over her surroundings before looking at Cyzyn-Itza-Rus and giving him a quick nod before turning her attention to the rope, and the rock face in front of her. Taking a step forward the young teen reached out with her hands to the rock face, gloved hands tightly gripping her hand holds. With a light grunt she pulled her light frame upwards high enough to get a secure foot hold. As soon as she had round a working pattern the teen swiftly scaled the rock face, pausing momentarily to pull the rope taught through her carabina should she loose her footing and fall down.

Fortunately the teen was pretty sure footed with her ascension and the the periodic stopping was only as a matter of course as a precautionary measure. As soon as she reached the surface above, she pulled herself onto the surface of the ledge overlooking the naturally formed ventilation shaft. Knowing that her fellow Knight would not be too far behind her.

Using his rope as well as his claws he scrapped and climbed his way up the vertical surface of the cave hole they had entered through. The light outside had barely changed and any moment know an explosion would sound behind them. As a clawed hand crested the edge of the hole he felt a rumble, making his digits scrap slightly and hold fast. It was quickly followed by an echoing booming encouraging the Tiss'shar to finish his ascent completely.

A stampede of smoke and dust wafted into the area they had just occupied and eve plumed up slightly, covering his horizontal surface in dust. He took a hand and wiped off any that had collected. A positive detonation meant their job had succeeded. Even if they locals had moved the explosives the blasts would have been enough to destroy the boilers. "All this about hot water combined with these exertions make me desire a bath." He shared for no particular reason.

Leaning her head over the edge of the naturally formed ventilation shaft the young teen watched as the violent plume of smoke and dust erupted from the subterranean complex below. A broad grin crossed the young teens concealed features, as much as she had tried to maintain control of her eccentricities. Eisa still enjoyed the thrilling rush of having the wave of heat and blast of air rush over her. Her explosive lust satiated for the moment the young teen turned her attention away from the remains of the two Sith's objective and back to the reptilian Sith as he cast aside the rope he had used to scale the the vent shaft.

Eisa's brow visibily furrowing as the towering male Sith spoke about his disire for a bath. Slowly she cocked her head to the side in a sense of bewilderment. From what the fiery haired teen could determine, her fellow Sith Knight was a Tiss'shar a reptilian species. As far as the teen was aware, given her limited education! Repliles didn't bathe they shed skin. "You take baths?" The young teen blurted out, in her curiosity she had somewhat forgone her sense of restraint. "Cyzy, I thought your species didn't take baths cos you know... you shed skins?" The teen questioned as she followed the towering reptilian back towards the ship.

/Exit thread on a daft note :D
