Horus gently guided the Winter's Crest into the port in question, a practically derelict station some ways away from Taris, a location he'd used before as a temporary safe haven. It was far out of the way, enough so that accidentally stumbling upon it was a rare thing. And even if you did, the appearance of the station alone would make any spacer think twice before docking on her. It would appear as though the thing was in disarray, mainly because it was. Horus had docked at one of the only usable ports remaining and landed the ship accordingly. He had already sent out messages to Alliance Command that a potential recruit and turncoat was on board. According to Alliance customs, an officer who had the right to screen potentials would be on their way to see the situation through. As such, Horus waited alongside his companion.
"It shouldn't be much longer. Can't imagine them keeping us waiting."
The Vahla leaned back in his chair slightly, thumbing the lightsabers at his sides. He had only recently constructed them, but they were a literal part of him at this point, connected through the kyber and the Force. His Jedi training had progressed to the point where he had a student and was to be knighted in the near future, a prospect that excited him quite a bit. But for now, he had to make sure that Astrid made her way to Alliance space without too many complications. It was brave enough for the girl to do what she was doing and join the right side of the war, and fight for freedom. The adversity she'd face would hopefully be more lenient than it had been on others, the girl had been through enough as is. As he spoke, he offered a gentle smile but otherwise didn't turn or move in any way. His breathing thinned, and he inhaled deeply, before exhaling, turning completely to face the woman and make sure she was still on board. Silent, this one.
