So...

I assumed that initially, Rhasru and Tirdarius don't know why Mirrielle has gone missing under suspicious circumstances, and the other Acolyte who was with her reported that. I don't see how they could plausibly have learned much more beforehand. The idea is that they'll then find out she's looking for a transport to Coruscant, which allows certain conclusions. I'm just at a slight loss as to the planet on which that could be. Any ideas?

Well, no reason why she couldn't be on a neutral planet seeking transport to a Jedi-held world.

Of course. But the question was which planet, not what kind of planet. ;) I have no idea which ones are neutral and sufficiently developped to make sense.

It could really be any planet, on reflection - GA/Jedi worlds wouldn't stop you landing because they won't see a single shuttle as threatening, while a Sith world would be held by us anyway, so wouldn't have cause to. So you can really pick one at random. I'm not fussy.
