Amos McCord was miserable.
The Sector Ranger tried to take stock of his surroundings, still disoriented from the effects of the stun bolt. He'd found that being hit by one quite disagreed with his equilibrium; even several hours later in a place unknown to him. The mandalorian left without answering any of his questions, although not for lack of trying. It was Amos' job to ask questions. Now he had nobody to ask them to, but that had never stopped Amos before.
"Where am I? What do you want with me?" he asked aloud.

As Amos looked around, he realized that he wasn't on a planet; he was on a ship. The Ranger didn't know what kind of vessel he was on, but it looked big enough that he guessed it might take more than one person to operate.
"Who is your employer?" he asked the mandalorian, trying to piece together this puzzle.

So the employer is a he the Ranger thought to himself. Time to try to narrow things down. "How did this employer of yours know that I freed the clone?" There had only been a couple people in the area that knew of Amos' involvement; a Jedi, a Sith, and Silencer himself. Was there another he'd been unaware of?

Ah, yes... the media; that hardly narrowed things down. Still, whomever had placed the bounty had to have acted quickly. That meant that this mysterious employer was someone with a vested interest in the clone. Amos shuddered as he realized that the bounty on his own head very well could've been a lethal one, but for some reason he'd been taken alive.
The Ranger decided to try a different tactic. "Capturing me was a mistake. If I was all over the media and I suddenly go missing, there's going to be a lot of Sector Rangers on the lookout for me" he said.

Amos was relieve to hear that this mandalorian wasn't about to kill him, and decided to press his point. "And, like I said, messing with a Sector Ranger was a mistake. It's only a matter of time before my coworkers catch up to you. Do you really want that happening? It'll go much better for you if I can tell them that you cooperated."

It seemed that this mandalorian couldn't be talked out of his current mission, which left Amos dangerously short on options. Compliance seemed to be his best play right now, along with keen observation; any clues he could gain now might be useful later. "You haven't told me your name" he said to the mandalorian. "I'm Amos." Introducing himself seemed redundant since the mando knew who he was already.

Amos McCord would very much like to try to escape, but the cold certainty in the mandalorian's words quickly put that idea to rest. At least he had the man's name, though. "Ok, Sheffield. What happens next?" he asked.

off in the distance, a ship took off. flying as fast as possible. it seemed like an inexperienced pilot was flying it. back to the ship, i guess... Sheffield said with tuning around with a groan

"What? Why?" Amos asked, slow to follow the mandalorian's directions as he gazed out and around at his surroundings and the other ship. The Ranger's nose wrinkled as he smelled the air of this strange planet; it was humid and musty, not at all like the scrubbed, stale air onboard the ship. "Is that other ship important?"

"It could be anyone" pointed out Amos. He even knew a few Jedi who were terrible pilots. "Where are we, anyways?"
