Hello everyone! I'm currently in the process of making the profile for my Red Sith Jedi character and I am wondering what the chances may be that one or a couple of you may want your characters to be apart of her backstory, or whether the forum allows such a thing. I think it may be interesting to have her eventually reunite with people from her past or even her family's history to help progress her character development once she is live and being RP'd. A way to do that would be to include them in her backstory. While I'm still working on the details, here's a summary of what I have for her:
The daughter of a male sith pureblood acolyte and a human slave. Her father lacked raw power and potential in the force and was often perceived as and treated like a slave by his peers. Never being an ambitious man, his status and treatment made him humble, if not secretly compassionate towards other slaves. He fell for a human slave and in their love and passion, conceived a child. When this child was born, he feared for her future as well as whatever punishment he may endure as a result of being a lowly ranked sith mating with a slave. Believing his daughter inherited his ineptitude for the force, he took and fled Korriban as a stowaway on a ship.
Without much of a plan in mind, he traveled into Republic space and attempted to contact the Jedi to turn himself and his daughter in, but upon seeing his red skin and lightsaber, the Jedi that met him attacked with haste and judgment, killing the sith before he even had a chance to explain his situation. It wasn't until after her father was dead that Asha was discovered by the Jedi and the pieces to the puzzle fell into place. Struck with guilt and shame, the Jedi took the child back to Tython to be watched and trained by the Jedi, knowing very well that not all would treat her with the same respect and compassion as they would others.
I'm inclined to RP her as a Padawan, perhaps in the middle or even towards the end of her training. It would be interesting to perhaps have someone RP the Jedi Watchman that took her in, or even someone from the sith side of her history; perhaps her father's or mother's master? If no one is interested in either, I am definitely looking for someone to mentor/ guide her to keep her true to the light and away from the destiny her very species is drawn to.
