Credits were transferred to the Proletariat, as always, and soon both Lenny and Kara would get their twenty-five thousand credits. The job had gone much smoother than she had expected. Going in clean and coming out clean would definitely be good for their rep with the guild. A hunter that didn't kill unnecessarily was a rare breed in some parts of the galaxy and yet they were sorely needed.

What Kara didn't like was Lenny trying to get all up in her personal business. Doing one job together didn't suddenly make them besties that shared their life stories. Kriff, the job that got Kara off Byblos probably did more damage to the galaxy than Hanako Lonn would've done in a lifetime. A merc has to make tough decisions which jobs to accept and not get too dazzled by the payday, she had been, figured that she needed a payday like that to get offplanet. She wasn't wrong, but she had definitely hoped the Sith had been more subtle in their prison break. "You're a good merc, Lenny-" she finally said, "-happy to work with you again in the future." She purposefully ignored his question and his familiarity. He was useful, especially considering he could use the Force, but then he was also impulsive and in the habit of choking people he didn't like. If Kara told him what she'd done, then she knew he'd give her a harsher treatment than he had given Hanako. She liked her neck too much to have it get snapped.

"Shuttle is yours," she smiled at him, "I arranged other transport." and with that she nodded a thanks and walked away from him.

Hanako Lonn was delivered to the Republic, alive, per the bounty on the Proletariat. That's a job well done.

When the woman responded to him, Laeonas' face shifted to a more disappointed look. He understood where she was coming from, and he could guess her reasoning. This had been a job, and they were little more than coworkers. Him trying to get into her business went past their boundaries. In addition, he hadn't exactly provided the image of an emotionally stable, responsible guy to talk to.

What was she afraid of revealing though? Was it being him simply the only reasoning she needed? She had every right to hold back personal details... but for the first time in awhile, Laeonas actually felt a bit annoyed by it. Pursing his lips together, the man paused before his reply. When he focused in on her again, his expression was blank. He wouldn't push past this.

"...aight. Appreciate it." He muttered, glancing over at the shuttle. He didn't need a second ship, but he imagined it could be sold for a pretty penny on the black market. Or it could just be scrapped. Either way, she was offering him the better half of their deal, and he wouldn't complain. With his half of the credits transferred, and her silence, there was nothing more to be said.

Turning around, Laeonas made his way on board. He'd be headed towards the station he'd left his ship on. When he walked back onto the ship, he simply stood there for a few minutes. Than, he got in the pilot's seat, and took off. The planet beneath faded from view, and like that, it was over.
