I meant the intro. <_<
I can kinda see that. I thought you meant the song in general before, though.
Not helping, SIN hates Hans Zimmer.
Didn't know that.
Linkin Park stopped being good after meotora
Totally disagree. I really liked Minutes to Midnight myself, sure it's not the same as the first two albums, but they've progressed onto different stuff.

Progressing to pop rock doesn't count.

I liked it in the sense that it would be AMAZING for a music video. But other than that I wouldn't seek it out to listen to it.

I think all of Linkin Parks music is awesome even with them changing styles. Just my opinion of course

What pop rock do you listen to?

There progressing with age, it's common.

Very little tbh.

Really though, they had a unique sound going with their early stuff. Minutes to Midnight was just a step back tbh, because you could probably list about a dozen other bands off the top of your head that have a similar sound to what they spat out, and this new song seems to indicate that they're sticking with that heavily mainstream influenced style.

Don't get me wrong - if I didn't know it was Linkin Park that was doing this song - and the same probably goes for all of Minutes To Midnight - I might have been able to sit back and think, 'Hmm, this ain't half bad,' but with that knowledge...It's just a big disappointment.

Fair enough but personally I liked this album as much as there older stuff.

Bleed it out is up there with Faint.

Yeah, mistake on my part.

Matt, I'm not sure if I understand what you just said. I thnk you just tried to compare Linkin Park's best song from their best album to their best song from their worst album.

Y'sir. :CCry2:

I still think Faint is leaps and bounds better than Bleed It Out.
