Ground is s surprise attack, the resistance that should show will be the closest garrison or mercs. After that maybe a few Taung and other merc reinforcements.

The second thread (the Ground force landing on Nar Shaddaa) will be posted by whoever is in charge of it (or Hakim), and the Space thread will be posted immediately following the posting of the second thread by Hakim.
The ground can't possibly be a suprise attack, because a battle will already be launched in the first thread...that doesn't make sense. They'd anticipate ground reinforcements especially because they'd detect it from their fleet in space.
I think you may be mixed up. Space follows ground.
I doubt the planet will be ready for an attack by the time forces arrive. It's a surprise attack.
Sheo if I wanted your opinion, I'd ask for it.
I don't think they expect much as it's a secret meeting. You might have guards and some extra troops near to the meeting, but elsewhere I'd doubt they'd make the effort for much more.
You're saying the entire Taung military is on Nar Shaddaa? Why on earth would they be there? It seems logical to think
and that point makes no sense, it makes it so that
meh
at the same time it makes more sense to not have taung on what is a hugely crime ridden planet. I'd think elite forces like that would be scarce on Nar Shaddaa and be kept either on their own planets or off planet and have to be moved to the surface in the event ground forces were discovered.
Is matt still leading the Taung, I haven't seen him in ages...o.O
Yeah, he's posted about it a couple times in the Hutt board. They're ready to go.
All of what you just listed are assumptions. I already stated it and it was agreed to. We're just debating in circles again like we have been for months.
You know how to stop "debating in circles," as you put it? Start the thread.
If everyone's set to go and you're just complaining that people are debating in circles, then I see no reason why you shouldn't be putting up the thread now.

Because Hakim hasn't said he's ready yet, which we already established.
And yeah Matt said he was ready to go.
Since Hakim just told me it sounds like the Republic is about ready
