Let your courage mount with difficulties(Radzkie's Training)

[Dread]

"I Hope so..." His breath could be seen floating from his mouth in a cloud of hot air. It was very cold and Radzkie would try anything to warm back up. He put both palms in the air and started to try to focus. The force started to flow around him as he gathered it. Trying to use the force to make his body produce heat to warm him up, he was slightly successful but he was still pretty cold. It would take a very long time to get the skill to become perfect.

 

[Zen]

A shelf opened as food and water appeared."You are not to leave this room for 24 hours, it;s not like you can anyways. Door will be sealed, plus it get's colder in the night, there's a small bed roll. So get going 24 hours starts now. practice the move. And once I come back it better be good." Menkio said as he walked out and the door sealed, he took the short cut down and begun to eminent in the middle of the room.

 

[Dread]

This was unexpected but it was the way of the dark side. Through suffering he would find strength - that or he would die. Better that he could find some way to make this force power work then die, though.

Sitting down on his bed with his legs crossed he closed his eyes. The light that shined through the door showed through his eyelids, however, and disturbed him. He tried to let that give him strength though, the more suffer the better. After hours he had fallen into a deep mediative trance. He was numb now, and his body could feel almost nothing. If he could not call on the force to warm his body soon he could die.

It was only near frost bite that the boy was able to warm himself up slightly. He was not fully heated up but he was much more comfortable then before - and he would now be able to live. That is, unless his master choose to lock him in for longer, he didn't know how long he could keep up his Tapas.

 

[Zen]

The 24 hours was still not over yet there was still 3 or four more hours left. Menkio sighed and waited patiently in the mediation state.

 

[Dread]

Radzkie wondered when his master would come around. It felt like he was in the room for days but that is because he hadn't slept the whole time. He had spent the whole time trying to stay awake in order to keep himself warm. If he slept he was scared he might slip into a coma from the cold.

 

[Zen]

One Hour left before, Menkio came in and opened the doors, The student liked pain, well this is one fight that he would enjoy suffering. He waited patiently.

 

[Dread]

When his master came in Radzkie stood, a little wobbly from being tired. "Master." He greeted him and walked towards his master, stopping a little bit away from him. "Maybe next time you can give me a warning?" Radzkie said in a half-joking way - all he really wanted to do was get out of this room now.

 

[Zen]

He stood there?"The hell you have the nerve to bloody talk back. Your staying there for another fives hours."Before his student can protest Menkio left and the doors shut close. As Menkio waited outside the door cross legged in a meditation state what bloody nerve he has.

 

[Dread]

"Damnit." Radzkie punched the door with his fist resulting in his fist bleeding. His master was definitely getting stricter on him - he wasn't even allowed to suggest anything. Wobbling back to his bed he grumbled and used this punishment to feed his anger and power. With that, the student was able to fully warm his body. It was a relief from the barely warm state he had been in. However, it took more of his force power to keep him this hot - which made him even more tired.

 

[Zen]

Five hours had passed as Menkio opened the door, and spoke."Get yourself some rest and come back here tomorrow, remember you must go pass the leap, jump, axes, pillars, and your way to bed."He said slowly, walking back out and taking a short cut not seen.

 

[Dread]

Radzkie got up and didn't say a word - he didn't want to get punished as much as he wanted to swear. Besides, speaking would expend energy that he didn't want to waste. Barely conscious he made his way out and did as he was told. Doing the pillars, run, jump, leap then making it to bed. He passed out quickly and hard - he slept through almost a whole day. When he woke up and had a meal he made his way slowly through the Dark Jedi temple back to the training room where he expected his master would be.

 

[Zen]

Menkio waited he spoke again."Do the same prospect again you will find it easily, and wait further instructions. Once you make your leap."He said slowly.

 

[Dread]

Once again Radzkie did what he was told. It was easier this time as he was getting used to having to do the same thing each day. He was starting to understand why his master made him do it. When he had got to his leap and finished it, he looked back over to his master, quietly waiting for his next instructions.

 

[Zen]

Menkio sent a telepathic message

Telepathy is your next lesson. Use your mind think of me and use your thoughts as words to send me a message from afar.

Link waited patiently.

 

[Dread]

Radzkie reached out with his mind to try to speak with his master.

Master?.. He said in his mind.

 

[Zen]

Good now try again, practice this every day. And today I want you to go back in the cold and stay there for 48 hours, if you stay there warm, I'll give you a break understood?

He said telepathically.

 

[Dread]

Just as he was becoming accustomed to practicing his force speed powers training he now had to practice something more challenging. He wanted to ask his master if it was really necessary but he suspected that would just gain him more hours in the room.

Yes, master... Radzkie said through his mind to his master. The boy very slowly made his way back to the bitter-cold room his master had locked him in before.

 

[Zen]

The Door shut sealed again, and Menkio Begun to sit there and meditation while the Hours passed by.

 

[Dread]

Radzkie looked behind him as the door shut. Fog appearing near his mouth again he shivered and went to the same spot as before - his bed. He crossed his legs, closed his eyes and meditated. Calling on the force to aid him once more to warm him up. He was not sure how he was going to last two days like this but with the force he knew anything was possible.

 

[Zen]

Menkio waited patiently. As he begun to mediation with the force. Clearing his mind as he simply waited for the two days to pass. It was really worth it.
