As some of you may remember Brandon stating this a few weeks ago.

What the feedback thread in the Mando OOC board made abundantly clear is that this faction needs to go back to the drawing board a bit. Neither Phil nor Corden are the root of the problem, but rather the root of the problem is a lack of understanding about who and what these Mandalorians are. We have people here who want Mandalorians of the KOTOR era, people who want Mandalorians of the Jango Fett/Boba Fett eras, some sort of mix, etc.

This is the fault of the admins and the think tank, not Phil or Corden or any of their followers. Our discussions on the Mandalorians were vague and we didn't do a very good job setting up this faction. So now, before any leadership challenge or public opinion challenge takes place, we're going to work on improving this faction first. Once that's done, we'll reopen this duel.

More information on how this will be done is forthcoming. In the meantime, you can PM me with any concerns you may have.

I just want you all to be aware, Mandalorian Members anyways, that none of you are at fault. I also want you to all realize that this should not stop you from doing stuff for the Mandalorians. Long as they are not faction changing stuff yet, just go and have fun with the Mandalorians and once the Staff have come to terms with a decision, expect one to be posted. Thank you.

A. Characteristics symptoms: two (or more) of the following, each present for a significant portion of time during a 1-month period (or less if successfully treated):

• hallucinations
• disorganized speech
• grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior
• negative symptoms, i.e. affective flattening, alogia, avolition

The issue is difficult to work around when it influences what the mainstream Mandalorian characters of this period believe in and how they interact with others. Depending on which way it goes, it may be necessary to rewrite my character, specifically how he was raised, his beliefs, and his personality. With many of his decisions based on his beliefs and personality, there is little I can do in the way of role-play until all this has been resolved. I assume there are others that feel the same way about their own characters.

How he was raised and his beliefs can be whatever you choose them to be no matter the choices of the Think Tank. It's Clan Vencu's ideals and they are entitled to them.

No. Regardless of what is decided there is no telling if it means an entire reboot. Characters can still, in my opinion, continue to interact as they are. Putting a hold on all activities will only hurt the faction.

You can still RP your Mandalorian character. In fact, PLEASE continue to RP. The think tank will be clarifying the Mandalorians and may be changing a few things, but I sincerely doubt we'll come up with anything that'll force an entire rewrite of anyone's chars.

It may not be entirely game stopping, but the cultural aspects of Mandalorians mean a whole lot to some of our characters and the way they interact with others.

So far the Think Tank is focusing on three parts of the faction: Mandalore, non-military life, and what it means to be Mandalorian in this timeline. I can not say for sure when we will break, but that is why we are stressing that you RP.
