OOC: This is a non canon thread for a bit of fun. Friends of Eira and Deucalians welcome
Eira hummed an old Deucalian tune as she tended to the various foods she was cooking. Deucalian cuisine was a bit light on taste favoring simplicity over edibility, but in the Baldr's travels Eira had learned a thing or two from worlds who enjoyed their meat in a non jerky fashion and understood blood wasn't a sauce.
Stirring up a mix of vegetables and frying up some fish the red haired lass looked over the rest of the spread. Chips, drinks both alcoholic and non with plenty of Frosted Helm Frosty Brews of various flavors its newest being Meat. Meat Beer.
Checking out her entertainment set up the Deucalian was proud to see her surround sound was working just fine and the holo signal was coming in strong from the Core. A countdown clock appeared over a rerun of JFCSI where a local Senator was moonlighting as a Clown spanker. Seeing there wouldn't be much time before the main event the red-haired lass wondered where everyone was. Surely they wouldn't miss the season finale of Deucalians, the hit show on the History channel that was neither historically accurate nor culturally so as it was now sponsored by a saber polish company so many of the characters had lightsabers now.
Still good TV was good TV and Eira would be damned if she would get spoiled by Holotwitter again by that Blythe! She was going to see live if Ygritte Orossi was going to take Casarr the Bersark as her lover. A Chief and a Bersark as lovers. As if!
Sure everything was perfect the woman turned on some light party music and got everything out of the oven. Piping hot kabobs, shepherd's pie, and regular pie with a ton of sweet fruits from across the stars. Thank the Force for Starmart!
With everything ready she opened her door allowing her guests to enter freely hoping they would bring whatever food and drink they could to make this a night they would never forget. Taking a seat on the couch she saw it was five minutes till showtime.
