Khar was born on Glee Anselm in a pretty average household along with 3 siblings. For his entire childhood he was content to stay on his homeworld and make a simple life for himself. He took a liking in droids and loved to tinker with them. He started to understand the binary language very well at a young age. But that simple and content mindset changed when he accompanied his father to the local spaceport and was blown away by the vast array of species all walking around. Some had only two tails on their head, others had fur. One even looked like a walking carpet and only communicated with growls. From that day on he wanted to see the galaxy. His homeworld just wasn't big enough anymore.
As a young adult he decided to leave the planet. He got his hands on a ship and flew off, the droid he got with it helped him to understand how it all worked. He also started to learn Galactic Basic, though he would always be speaking it with an accent.
During his travels he ended up on all manner of planets and he started to learn of the politics in the galaxy. He greatly disliked how the Sith Empire was running things. He wanted to help. In his search for a way to make a difference he was found by a group called the Galactic Alliance. He worked with them and slowly started to get into more and more combat. Though one odd thing about him was underlined at this point: he saw things coming before they could happen. It helped him a lot in fights though he didn't understand what it was.
He only learned about what this potential meant when he met a Jedi on a mission. The Jedi explained it and eventually he was taken back to their temple to be inducted into the Jedi Order. From there he was trained in the ways of the Force and lightsaber. He found that the Jedi code suited him well enough and found a place for himself where he could make a difference.

Very calm and relaxed. Khar is a kind person with a limitless sense of humour. He can often be found wearing a goofy smile on his face. He is an optimist who seems to never let the universe get him down. He also speaks in a calm and gentle tone for the most part, hating to raise his voice unless it's for a hearty laugh.
Though that does not mean he can't take things seriously.
When he has an objective, he will focus on it and try to complete it to the best of his abilities. Despite making jokes and stuff, he will never shirk his duties or do something half-heartedly. While being patient and relaxed, he can very quickly turn into a driven and fast-moving force. In a fight he tends to entirely shift his personality, focusing on the moment and clearing his mind of emotion.

In general, Khar knows how to take care of himself. Years of training with a lightsaber and hand-to-hand combat has honed his skills. Though he's by no means a master and realizes he still has a long way to go before he's able to call himself a master. He is quite agile and light on his feet, giving him the ability to try some rather interesting moves a heavier individual won't try. The same can be said of his knowledge of the Force. Despite being fascinated by it and how it works, he still has a lot to learn.
As a pilot he is adept and capable of holding his own in a fight. Not an ace by any means but he can make do. At least he prefers being on the ground to being stuck in a cockpit or behind controls. He has learned to take care of his belongings, be it his ship, droid or weapons and armour. He also picked up some medical tricks if push came to shove.
