Kalo Wolftenn is a male, 25 year old former slave from Nar Shaddaa. Since his release, he has become an ambitious, albeit ruthless, traveler.

Kalo Wolftenn is pragmatic and drawn to the adventurous lifestyle he's romanticized from his time as a slave. Though not particularly cowardly, his cautious nature tends to keep him from involving himself in affairs that are likely to draw attention to himself, but his thirst for adventure puts him in risk-taking scenarios more often than he'd like. To an outsider, he may seem like a run-of-the-mill thug just looking for a paycheck, but he's a few steps ahead of the curve.


While he can have bad days, Wolftenn is generally charismatic. He is at ease in social situations, and is a great negotiator. While he prefers to speak like a commoner, he is versed in aristocratic and military habits. Because of his experience in different circles, he can generally mold his personality to appeal to whatever crowd he is in.


Despite his usual discretion, Wolftenn does have a weakness for women. He will, for better or worse, generally go out of his way to flirt. These are rarely serious advances and are more of a nature conditioned by his time as an escort. He has a pheromone package implant from those days, which gives him an edge in persuasion.

Wolftenn is staunchly opposed to slavery due to his former status, and can be easily emotionally provoked by the subject.

Having spent his life surrounded by the Hutt Cartels, Wolftenn is mostly unaware of the Rebels. Having no real reason to complain about the Galactic Alliance, his opinions on them come from the whispers he's overheard following his release.

Wolftenn is unaware that he is Force Sensitive, but he has never met a Jedi and cannot distinguish between their beliefs and those of the Sith.

A small blaster pistol, hardly used and obtained discreetly on Nar Shaddaa


IMPLANTS:

Pheromone Package which "enables the user to subtly secrete synthetic pheromones that generally prompted a pleasant behavior response in a wide range of species, thus the user was looked upon with more favor."



MISC:

Datapad- Used by Wolftenn to record his travels. It isn't hard to crack into, and most of the files are simply notes about planets or rumors Wolftenn has picked up during his time in servitude.


Red Lightsaber Crystal- While not Sith nor particularly fond of them, Wolftenn received this Crystal as a tip once. He has no idea what it is, and presenting it in public has always gotten him into dangerous situations, so he keeps it in his backpack.

Wolftenn was born under the name "Kalo" on Nar Shaddaa, and was traded away from his parents as a youngling as a way to settle a gambling debt with the local Hutt. Since then he has been traded across most of Nar Shaddaa, and even lived on Tattooine for a few years while accompanying a company he had been purchased by. During his time in servitude, Kalo paid close attention to learn as much as he could about the outside world, but much of his experience is only applicable in the more disreputable parts of society. Among the various jobs he was assigned, he has worked as a manual servant, waiter, escort, dancer, messenger, fighter and driver.


After two decades of service, Kalo managed to earn his freedom by hiding tips from his masters. This was harder than it sounded, as most slaves aren't tipped to begin with. Kalo first learned to behave as though he was on a payroll, and gradually requested more work from his Hutt master. When he finally had a sizable amount of credits ready, he injured himself by fiddling with his shock collar. Faking weakness, he then orchestrated his own purchase under the pseudonym "Captain Wolftenn." Once released to his own custody and with no real intention of seeking out the birth parents that had sold him, Kalo took on the identity of "Wolftenn" and became determined to both explore the ancient ruins around the galaxy that had intrigued him as a child, and get as far away from the Hutt Cartel as humanly possible...

EPISODE I

THE WILD ROVER

Following his escape from the Hutt Cartel, KALO WOLFTENN worked his way into a job. Convincing the crew that he was an accomplished Captain, and had many years of escort experience with the Hutts, Kalo was hired to oversee the transfer of weapons along the CORELLIAN RUN. KALO'S shipment was attacked by a REBEL ALLIANCE team aboard the ship, DARK ANGEL. After losing the cargo and two of his crew, KALO WOLFTENN was moved to a Rebel Base until he could prove his official lack of loyalty to The Empire. Leaving behind the only living member of his crew, his accidental fiancee BOTAN THE SILENT, he sold his remaining cargo and planned his next move.


Following his release, he made his way to UTAPAU. Utilizing a hidden frequency, KALO recruited the aid of two scoundrels in order to steal a cluster of Varactyl Eggs. Using this heist as a cover, KALO secretly manipulated his way into the lab to murder one HALON GREE.

After the heist, KALO and his newfound companion AERENA made their way to BESPIN to sell all but one of the Varactyl Eggs. To ensure he wasn't being followed, KALO took a shuttle to the icy surface of planet HOTH...

Fluent in most spoken languages, particularly Huttese and Galactic Basic

Lowkey Stealth-Knows how to go about unnoticed. Not sneaky, but is an expert in not drawing attention to himself

Hand to Hand Fighting- While he's experienced with weapons, he would frequently have to brawl with other slaves for the entertainment of their owners. This has lead to a "casual" mastery of hand-to-hand combat.

Initially I just wanted to avoid "generic brown haired early thirties guy" and I was going for a more Liquid Snake, Charlie Hunnam or even Jamie-Fookin-Lannister look, but as I was going through photo references I decided that if he's gonna be a charismatic blonde pirate then he might as well look like Edward Kenway
