BIOGRAPHY

Kaala was born on the planet Shili. Her parents were expert hunters and taught Kaala how to track and hunt from an early age. In addition, she took to tinkering with an old T-6 shuttle, which she named the Tano after Ahsoka Tano, a Jedi her parents told her stories about. When she was seventeen, Kaala took the repaired and modified Tano on a cargo run from Shili to a space station to trade in some furs for supplies. At the station, she saw the huge amount of scum and villainy…and jumped in headfirst. Being a young teenager, danger and excitement were attractive to her. Kaala made a smuggling run, then returned to her parents. Secretly, the Togruta made dozens of other runs. During one of these, she stole Whistling Birds off a dead Mandalorian during a firefight. Finally, she left her parents and went to explore the galaxy.

Personality

Kaala is reserved and prefers not to talk. Although callous on the outside, she has a kind side that few ever see. Her extensive smuggling experience has taught her to keep her guard up, and she is slow to trust. Due to her near death several times in her short career, Kaala has a short temper.

Skills

Kaala is a good smuggler, a better mechanic, and an excellent shot. She has a makeshift shooting gallery in her T-6 shuttle. Her fighting style involves mobility and agility. She is also a decent hand-to-hand fighter. Kaala is fluent in Basic and Togruti. Although lacking in academic intelligence, she is highly 'street smart,' and has a decent knowledge of ground and fleet tactics.
