*Jon stopped, but kept his back to Jules. As a bounty hunter, Jon had a tendancy to have little or no interaction with anyone, and he never did stay in one place too long. He knew whatever Jules was going to say now wasn't going to be good.*

"What is it?"

*Her frustrated and angered gaze turns back to Veran for a moment as she listens to his reasoning for being upon her ship. It seemed just a little too convenient to her. Yet, Nexus' stopping grabbed her attention again just as she had opened her mouth. Her temper rose a bit more when he refused to turn his back around and face her.*

"I was going to say thank you for trying to help. Obviously, you don't care about such things so I won't hold you up any longer."

*Though she was seething inside, she was controlling it well. Her eyes went back to Veran as she studied him.*

"I don't believe in coincidences, Mr. -" she paused trying to remember a last name but finding none."

Seeing her confusion as well as realizing his own lack of giving out information, he quickly responded.

"Veran Rejin ma'am... Maybe your battle might have short circuited one of the commands and pulled my ship when it came out of hyperspace."

He paused, slowly clipping his saber to his belt, feeling Jules to be less of a menace then at first glance.

"If you don't wish to call it coincidence then, perhaps fate would be fit."

*This time, Jon turned around to face Jules. He was a bit surprised to what she had just said, but he didn't show it though.*

"Anytime."

*Jon, then, walked toward Jules. He didn't know he was actually going to do it, when he did. When Jon was in arms reach of her, he kissed Jules on the cheek, then handed her a spare comlink, a direct line to him, or to his ship.*

"If you require any assistance in the future, don't hesitate to contact me."

*With that, Jon turned and headed toward the lift that would send him to the hanger deck*

*Her face was flushed with anger but her gaze showed surprise at Nexus' actions. Her hand clasped around the comlink as she turned her gaze fully upon Veran again. Clearing her throat, she holstered her blaster and crossed her arms across her chest.*

"I've met with two Shadourians today and one I know was not by chance. Either the whole lot of you are stalking me or there is truth to your words..."

*Jon walked down the hall, until he saw a lift. Hoping it was the right one to take him where he wanted to go, he went on and pressed a button for the hanger deck. The lift descended toward the destination. It seemed like a few hours, but it was actually only a few seconds when the lifts stopped and the doors opened, revealing the hanger bay, and Jon's ship. Jon walked out, now showing surprise to what he just did earlier, but loving every second of it. He signaled for the ramp to be lowered and Jon boarded. He wne to the cockpit, power up the systems, which went offline again, but when Jon hit it, the systems came back up. Jon set the controls to manual, and lifted the ship off the ground.*

"Take care Jules."

The White Raven then sped off into space.*

"Its your choice to beleive me or not..." He stopped as he realized she had speaked of another Shadourian. His mind seeked awsners yet he didn't wish to alarm her by asking who was the other Shadourian. Changing the subject yet again, he continued.

"May I ask your name?"

"Julianna -" she paused for a moment uncertain which name to give. "- Chaar. My friends call me Jules saying it's more fitting."

*Her eyes break from his own as she averts her gaze toward the entrance. Vorinn was standing there listening to their conversation as the men were trying to get systems back online. She gave him a look signifying she'd want to be alone, but he shook his head no. Her gaze then met with the Shadourian again.*

"Perhaps we should move to the briefing room so we can talk privately."

*Her gaze darted to Vorinn with those last words.*

*He pushed off of the wall at those words and mumbled something under his breath. Turning, he walked back up the hallway and slammed his fists into the metal as the crew backed away from his anger. Let her go and be attacked again. He didn't care anymore.*

He didn't see how their conversation could attract unwanted attention, but he nodded in approval, not wishing to anger her after what she had endured at the hand of the Jedi as her 'friend' had called him so.

"Alright, lead the way."

*She led him to a room that was pristeen white. It's walls were padded with a soft cloth while a white table gleamed from the lights above. Tall backed chairs lined the table as did a screen against the far wall meant for showing blueprints and maps for areas they were going to infiltrate. Making her way to the far end of the table, she didn't sit in a chair, but opted to hop onto the table and pull her legs in under her....more of a meditation position. Her hand waves toward one of the chairs on the far side of the table as she waits for him to be seated before she continues their discussion.*

"I know you're curious about who else I've met...probably just as curious as I am about your order."

He seated into one of the remarcably comfortable chairs, their form seeming to change adequatly to fit the shapes of his back.

"You've guessed my thoughts well... If it does not bring any harsh memories, I would like to know who of the order you've met. I haven't heard from quite a few of them in a long time."

He paused, chassing away all past doubts about Jules, changing his mood almost as instantly to a smile as he heard his knowledge could serve some others in their quest for some of their own.

"If you wish to know anything, I'll be glad to help."

"The man I met was one named Nightblade. Do you know him?"

*She tried hard to supress just how interested she was in him. The last thing she needed was to be linked to this man...she gave up the name of the Nightblades long ago and for good reason.*

OOC: I'll be back, dear. Gotta grab something to eat before this headache gets worse.

He nearly jumped out of his seat at the mention of master Nightblade; he had finaly reapeared, yet it seemed he still moved as a shadow within the universe and finding him would be hard, if not impossible in itself... He shifted uncomfortably within his seat as he turned away, trying to focus himself on the present moment rather then his wondering thoughts.

"He is no other then the Master and rebuilder of our order... Lets simply say if it wasn't for him, neither would I, or any of my brethrens know of the force as we do now."

He looked back at her with his black eyes, his dark, yet innocent gaze which conceiled all at once the vivacity of a youthful child and the wisdom of an old man. Shadourians definetly seemed odd to her but she didn't care.

"Would it be indiscrete of me to ask where you last met him?"

*Gauging by his reaction to her words initially and his questions, it seemed that what the man, who called himself her grandfather, might have truly been as he said he was. She averted her gaze to the floor as she considered the possibility and all that it meant. Someone had lied to her all these years. It wouldn't be beyond her father to have done so, yet still how was she to believe a complete stranger? Turning her gaze back to his own, she slid her legs to the side of the table and jumped off. Turning her back to the Shadourian, she considered what all of this might mean.*

"It doesn't bother me to tell you what was said. It was a temple on Kashyyyk..."

*She didn't trust him to tell him all she knew. It was best to be cautious for now. Besides, he claimed that inside its halls was her history...the history of her family.*

He didn't wish to bring further the conversation as he realized her discomfort of the matter, unfortunetly not being able to make any more sence of the force's signals around her due to his lack of knowledge concerning such techniques... If only he could read minds like the masters...

Yet at the mention of where Master Damien had been located, right outside this ship he made inhumaine efforts to try and look not all at once so very glad, and worried... His glance turning away from the woman trying to focus the best he could on her feelings rather then his own.

"I see..."

A eternaly long, dead silence fell like a hammer between the two. Unspeakably uncomfortable as both knew so much more then they'd allow themselves to say. He felt no need of continuing any further the questions as both of them seemed to have their own personal agenda.

"If it is alright, I beleive it would be best for us to part then."

*She simply nodded her head* "You're free to go anytime you'd like. I have...matters to attend to." *She glances up at the ceiling of the room around her.* "Dealings such as repairs." *She looked at Veran and briefly smiled.* "I do appreciate your help."

"Would you require some more hands?"

The awnser had came faster then he had imagined himself... He refocused his mind, trying the best he could not to seem too... Odd, in front of somebody that could hold some details upon master Damien's whereabouts. After all, he couldn't simply let her fix this entire ship with what remained of her crew after the Jedi had came aboard. The force truly do such terrible things in the hands of one that does not think of the consequences of their actions upon anothers life...

"I think we could talk some more if you'd wish... Or then again I'd simply be happy to help Mr. Chaar."

*She looked purplexed by his comment. Her grandfather had shown his distain for her choice in lifestyle and here one of his very own was offering to help her get back up and running.*

"I'm not sure I heard you correctly. Help me and my men? Do you know what it is we do? The last Shadourian was not pleased in the least."

He continued on the same enthousiastic tone, nevertheless keeping an odd amount of seriousness in his words even though his expression was amazingly innocent.

"I cannot say I agree, but its the least I can do for someone who's been injustly attacked by a Jedi and ruined your present... 'Buisness'. Still, your whereabouts are not of my affairs, it doesn't stop us from being able to speak to each other."

"True. Yet, why you wish to speak to me is another matter. I just find it odd to come across two Shadourians in one day. Especially when the two encounters happen on the same planet while one knows not of the presence of the other."

*She shrugs.*

"All I know is that apparently my family and this...order are closely connected. I want more information about them. There are links I can't trace and paths I must discover. For many years, I believe I've been lied to. Do you understand now why I have asked you these questions? I want to make sure I'm not stepping into another trap."
