STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
Josh is a repair man and pilot by heart. His father did nothing but tinker on droids and ships. When he was young, he'd sit there and watch his father. As he got older, he would spend the rest of the day after school helping his father repair droids, replace fuel cells, etc. While his father did maintence on ships, they would go on a cruise every so often to get out of the norm. Through his father he found the compassion to build and repair things, and the ability to pilot ships.
It didn't matter to him what size the object was. If it needed to be fixed, he'd fix it. And wouldn't stop until he was satisfied with his work (he's his biggest critic). After his getting his general studies degree he went on to trade school to be the best at what he does.
While he spent most of his time in the hangar, Josh didn't need to know how to fight or use a weapon. At the age of 25, he still hasn't been in any physical confrontation. Hasn't fired a single round from any type of weapon. When things start to get heavy, he uses his people skills to try and talk his way out of things. And if all else fails, he runs for it.

PERSONALITY
Josh is a laid back, open person. When he's not tinkering in the hangar, he's out in clubs or sporting events enjoying himself. However, there are sometimes where he just likes to enjoy some alone time. He's willing to help most people if they are in need. When it comes to illegal actvicity, he tries to steer clear of it. He'll only get involved if he has no other alternative.
BIOGRAPHY
Born on the planet Ylix, Joshua Bane was brought into this world by Angela and Daniel Bane. His mother worked as a senator's assistant. His father was a mecahnic by trade and was always found in a hangar working until he couldn't see straight. When he was five, he watched his father for the first time repairing a droid. He had snuk out of bed and made his way to the small hangar behind their house. He crept in, and just watched his dad.
When his dad notice him he brought him close and was showing him what he was doing. Nobody knew at that point in time, he would go on to become a mechanic like his father. At the age of ten he began to help his dad some. He would fetch the tools he needed or do other small things. He always told his son, if he wanted to be good at what he wanted to do, whether it be a mechanic or soldier, he would need to apply himself in school.
Even at the age of ten, he took his father's words to heart. He applied himself in school because he wanted to be the best at whatever he decided to do. When he was 15 he became more involved with helping his father. His father would let him fix the droids as he would repair ships. Three years later he would go on to make his own droid, C3-00. He built the droid to help assist him assist his father. The droid would carry the small needed tools to repair droids while fetching bigger tools if needed. It would also remember anything it was told to remember.
When he turned 20, he decided to enter a trade school to further his knowledge in being a mechanic. While in trade school he learned more about repairing ships than repairing droids. He was fine with this, because he knew less about ships than droids. After five years of trade school, he was ready to leave Ylix and spread his wings. His parents gave him 1,000 credits as a graduation present in which he would use to charter a ride to Coruscant. Once in Coruscant, he sat out for work. He knew there would be somebody that needed a droid or ship reparied.
