Jorus Ha'ath was a force-sensitive human male, follower of the Whills and a member of the Matukai during the 'Force Eternal' era. Born on the outer rim planet of Arvala-7, Jorus' latent force sensitivity was uncovered at a young age by the Jedi Order, who, with the consent of his family, took him in and began his training. However, he was not a 'natural fit' with the Jedi, and as he got older, his keen intellect and sense of sceptical doubt in their teachings led him to leave the order when he turned eighteen.

Whilst the parting was harmonious, Jorus took it upon himself to head away from the Jedi and fell in with a more 'grey' order, namely the Whills. Taken in by a group of nomadic 'monks', who called themselves 'Guardians of the Whills', he spent the better part of five years travelling across the galaxy, learning more about the force and becoming fully cognisant of the need for balance between the light and the dark.

During this time a new member of their group joined, from another force-sensitive order known as the Matukai. Sensing his force capabilities, the newcomer allowed Jorus to train and soon adopted him into their organisation. Over the years to come he was trained in the combative art Karada Seigyo and of Zama-shiwo. Jorus would stay with the Matukai for some years, before leaving for the remote planet of Zeffo, as if drawn there by the force itself.

Personality & Traits

A well-built human male, Jorus was a man of average height at about 1.8 meters. He had pale eyes and dark hair and spoke basic alongside some other dialects. Unapologetic of his beliefs, Jorus was a philosophical man, with a passion for exploration and a keen willingness to better understand the galaxy around him.

He did not overly trust the Jedi and the Sith, considering them to be warring factions who cared little for the civilian impact of their actions. As such he was prone to do what he could to heal the damage he perceived them to have done. On the move a lot of the time, he was a man of the galaxy, and could defend himself as a result.

Force-sensitive, he was trained in close combat with a variety of martial arts at his disposal - Karada Seigyo and Zama-shiwo.
