Approved, although there are two things to add to this: Since he is a Sith/SBZ reformer, he's going to be a conditional Padawan, and as I'm sure you'll understand, he'll be watched rather closely IC. Also, while it doesn't look like he's been much of a special snowflake, there's some stuff regarding his skill with weapons and the like that's a little goofy - like him being better than all the pros - so just remember to be realistic with things.

That character isn't even approvable, given that they're in the workshops due to not fulfilling the rules for profile creation. Other than that, I would recommend you read the site's guide to the Force and its usage (as well as a post that @Green Ranger made a while ago about the Dark Side of the Force on the site), as well as the timeline history, to figure out what all is going on. Also, if you're really intent on getting the Protectors made, you should put them in for an independent faction. They really wouldn't work with how the Jedi and Sith have been envisioned to be in this timeline, with what little you've mentioned about them in the profile.

And as said, that character, and the little subfaction they're based around, won't really fit with what we have. Allow me to reverse recommend that you go for making them an independent faction rather than just completely rewriting your character. Regardless, especially because the character isn't even on the profile boards due to the lack of necessary information in it, the character application is Not approved.
