Actually, I believe one of the admins said that if you're character had not started training, you can remain at the age you were at before the time-jump for practical purposes. I haven't glanced at the profile, but depending on the content of the history (e.g. mentions that the Alsakan Crisis is still going on) it may or may not need to be updated.

Reread the bottom of the last page, I said both of my characters weren't used in the last time line so they are on reset.

And no neither profile mentions the Alsakans.
