DESCRIPTION

Jaecar Algyr, is a human that lived during the era of the Sith Eternal. Both of his parents were members of the Deucalian ethnic group and lived nomadically in and around both the Kessel and Savareen sector. It was on the planet Nelvaan they raised their first son Jaecar.

Separated from the rest of the galaxy in their self isolation, the sweeping outbreak of AMS led to the surrounding worlds being overrun with infected. There was an opportunity to be seized, allowing the clan to raid one of the nearby systems and its assets but others felt it best to take proper measures to defend against such a grand threat. But with great risk comes great reward and it did not deter many. The group split, with some continuing to raid abroad while others sought planets to raise their families.

Keeping to their nomadic ways in their most recent generation, the tribe warred against the local canine Nelvaanian populace but otherwise finding large fauna to have evolved on the planet. Life was not easy but it was simple and straight forward. Trade and amicable relations were shared on occasion but mostly remained competitive.

As Jaecar grew, he learned about the world and was raised in the more traditional ways. The relatively simple ways of the locals didn't make the Deucalians desire advancement. The difficulty of their lifestyle was rewarding in its own way. Instead they had seemed to regress and continue to keep to their roots. Jaecar took this in stride and did not receive much information from his parents about the outside galaxy. Instead they kept the details a secret, telling him bits and pieces in cautionary tales and further strengthening Jaec's superstition.

As a teenager, the young Jaecar felt there was something greater beyond Nelvaan. With subtle hints at his luck at times, Jaec has yet to awaken the powers inside him. However he has mentioned a pull to his parents, leaving a message behind before running away in search of his own destiny.

Abilities & Tendencies

While he has lived most of his life on Nelvaan, Jaecar has not had it easy. The lower gravity of the planet Nelvaan had influences on the young man's growth. Because of this, he was pushed hard by his parents to compensate for it though has instilled a need to prove himself in Jaec's mind.

Without much in the way of consistent advanced technology, Jaecar has learned to survive on the more basic skills available. When it comes to the wonders and conveniences that most galactic citizens have, Jaec lacks much in the way experience. Items of convenience sometimes are both curious and awe inspiring before quickly turning to critiques and opinions that make him out to be judgmental.
