Born and raised in the dunes of Tatooine, Izzar is a member of the B'ay clan. He has always been interested more in technology than most of his clan brethren, and can be frequently found making repairs to their sandcrawler or examining the items that they appropriated from unfortunate individuals. Although his knowledge is still far below that of a non-Jawa technician, this interest earned him a position as sort of mechanic in the clan.[/FANCYBOX2][FANCYBOX2][/FANCYBOX2][FANCYBOX2]
Biography
The offspring of a couple of Jawas whose lives and identities are unremarkable compared to the rest of his people, Izzar is a member of the B'ay clan. He spent his early years living in the traditional nomadic lifestyle of the Jawas. However, since his youth, the Jawa noticed that he had more interest in technology than the majority of his brethren. And by interest, he means an actual interest in how the machines work, not just how much they are worth. Izzar examined much of the loot that they scavenged and did his best to determine how it worked, becoming one of the most knowledgeable Jawas in the clan when it came to technology.
ADULTHOOD
Izzar's knowledge of technology gained him a more favorable position in the hierarchy of the B'ay clan sandcrawler. He joined the chief's right hand, R'kik B'ay, in his excursions to Anchorhead. There, he aided the team by assessing technology and helping him arrange better deals with local traders. Izzar also took part in the salvage expeditions led by R'kik, helping him with technological matters when they scavenged finds and determined what was potentially valuable or not. He took a particular interest in droids and blasters. Izzar carried two blaster pistols with him at all times, under his cloak, as well as a number of various gadgets in the pouches of his brown utility belts.
CURRENT
After his comrade R'kik rose to power as the new chief, following the death of the previous one, Izzar mainly spent his time overseeing the vehicles and equipment that the new chief's successful tactics acquired for the clan. He also took part in making repairs to the sandcrawler and any other vehicles that needed them. When the new chief began making contact with tribes on Raxus Prime and Ryloth, Izzar spoke with them frequently, especially those from Raxus Prime, due to their extensive knowledge of technology.
He sometimes teaches other Jawas who want to learn about engineering and mechanics, and helps pilot the sandcrawler and skiffs of the clan.
Personality and Traits
Quite knowledgeable in engineering and mechanics for a Jawa, Izzar is interested in the "outside world" (in other words, anything outside of his clan) and especially in foreign tech. He has spent much time studying the subject and has become one of the most knowledgeable in his clan in that regard. Izzar also likes interacting with non-Jawas, finding them interesting. Although he is generally nonviolent, he is willing to use violence in defense of himself and his clan. The Jawa is also interested in Tusken Raiders and believes that it may be possible for him and his brethren to communicate with them.
Equipment
Unlike most Jawas, he carries a large amount of various gadgets that can be used to make repairs on vehicles and equipment. Izzar also carries two blaster pistols for defense.
Skills and Abilities
Fluent in the native language of his people, as well as the traditional Jawa trade language, Izzar is also able to understand Basic, but not speak it. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to engineering and mechanics, one of the most knowledgeable in his clan, and is also capable of defending himself.
