It was late in the day on the planet Tython. Leon Stargazer was the only one around in the training room's today, atleast that's what he thought. He was still very weary and tired from his last adventure. Fighting a 200 yard deformed dragon took a lot out of you believe it or not. He went unconscious that day and was visited by a old jedi master that made the whole landscape thrive with the light side of the force. Even the animal's there lived off the force. It was a sight to see before the whole giant dragon trying to squash you between it's pinky and middle toe's. He sat in the middle of the room, the light's dim and the room quiet. He was meditating, sitting indian style in the middle of the large room. He had his lightsaber out and it was slowly spinning about 3 feet out infront of him. The lightsaber was beaten up now but it still worked perfectly. The lightsaber moved up about another 4 feet and it ignited. It was a day of calm for him. He needed this meditation session. But he was waiting for another.

He is waiting for his friend named Caleb. He was the one who suffered the most damage from the battle with the gigantic creature and Leon wondered how he was doing overall. He was a strong person, it seemed and Leon kind of looked up to him in a way. But for now, Leon meditated and kept his focus on his ignited lightsaber that was slowly spinning in the air.

It had been a few weeks since the run in with the K’kayeh, but he had to admit he was quite curious to see how Leon was holding up. After risking his life to save the younger man Caleb couldn’t help but feel a slight connection to him despite their personalities being worlds apart. Besides, there were more than a few questions that had been gnawing at Caleb’s mind for quite some time now, particularly about each of their unique experiences that day.

Waving his hand slightly at the door to the training room, it opened with a swoosh and Caleb entered to see Leon in meditation. He could tell Leon was a little worn out still, but it seemed to pale in comparison to Caleb’s current state. Caleb had spent the time he should have been recovering focusing on the techniques bestowed upon him by the spirit of the ancient master and reviewing the contents of the Holocron. The process of this training had taken a lot out of him, especially considering the hell he had gone through just before it.

Pausing for a brief moment before closing the door behind him Caleb spoke in a calm tone so as not to disturb him, “Meditating on your Lightsaber’s crystal? A continuous and crucial part of all Jedi's training.” The question was somewhat rhetorical, but implied a curiosity at the purpose behind the young man’s current training. They would undoubtedly be spending a lot of time together training now that Caleb had questions that needed answers. The lightsaber was just an icebreaker to lead into how Leon had experienced the Force that fateful day.

The lightsaber stood in the air, slowly spinning as calmly as could be and Leon smirked with his eye's still closed. "...So you did decide to come." He said with a friendly tone. The lightsaber deactivated and it moved slowly into Leon's lap. He could feel that Caleb was now... Clearer than before. Leon noted that maybe the event's on Ithor did change his outlook a little. He didn't forget the small stain of the dark side that he couldn't notice until he was in the presence of the K'kayeh dragon they faced. After everything that has happened, it looked like the outcome of their battle seemed to change a lot more than Leon realized. Leon had question's to ask. He had question's only Caleb could answer. Hopefully their encounter here would clear up some thing's between them.

Leon opened his eye's and looked up at the older jedi. "So after everything that's happened you seem to be holding up well. How is everything? Did it take long for you to recover? I was pretty beat up but you were worse off than me." Leon remembered that he had to help Caleb through the forest to get back to their speeder's. It was a tougher day than he expected.

While Caleb was generally quick to recover, he had continued to push his limitations after such a demanding experience. Most people would be out for a few weeks or at least until an expert healer was capable of recovering a Force sensitive in his situation both physically and, most importantly, spiritually. It was what he did; knowledge was a passion a key to the answers of himself and the world around him. It drove him to constantly test his own limitations.

Holding back a wince Caleb spoke, “I’m, fine,” as he sat down removing his robe and placing it on one of the hangers nearby the door. The truth was that the toll on a sentient being’s body, anything short of a celestial, from harnessing that much Force energy (achieving a degree of oneness) and a spirit was no laughing matter. Not many people could survive such an experience let alone attempt to re-experience it multiple times in the following weeks.

“That day,” Caleb began, hoping to skip some of the pleasantries now and get more to the point, “you probably felt some things in the Force. Things you hadn’t felt before. You also may have come out more ‘enlightened’ with certain Force knowledge. I came here today to discuss those matters with you, hear what you had felt and experienced, help you answer any questions about the experience, and even assist in your training of those powers.” It was true, Caleb had hoped to do these things for Leon, but what was unsaid was that Caleb had questions of his own that needed answering. Seeing what had happened that day from a different perspective could help Caleb’s own understanding of the spirit and her powers even more than the vast amount he had already learned over the past few weeks. There was also the fact that Caleb had unintentionally caused the corruption in the first place. He had hoped that Leon would not have picked up on that, but if he had, it would undoubtedly lead to questions regarding himself.

Leon took in a shallow breath of air. He did experience a lot that day. He looked to the right then back at Caleb. "Yeah... A couple of thing's happened that day. I do feel as though im closer to the force. Like something pushed me into what the force truly is for a second then quickly pulled me out. It's hard to describe. I guess if by enlightenment you mean inner peace or a broader understanding of what truly is, then yes. I do feel enlightened. I do feel more whole at the same time but this wholeness, this fullness bring's more question's." Leon's face showed he was in deep in thought. "A voice of a woman spoke to me too. Said I was reckless and I needed to think before I acted... It told me I could become someone great." Leon smirked at that and let out a half laugh. He didn't believe 100% that he could become someone great. He just thought he was going to do the best job he could.

"But what really bothered me about that day is how fast I healed. All my minor cut's and scrapes were gone in less than a half an hour. My leg was snapped. It was shattered. I landed on the ground harder than I have ever have. I had to have torn most of my muscle's in my both my leg's and had a fractured skull. I was beat up. But for some reason, I healed in less than an hour. My leg's healed faster than anything. It's incredible." Leon looked down and back up to Caleb. "I feel as though I know or have always known how to heal myself... But I don't know how to do it."

OOC: Sorry for the long post haha.

IC: Caleb listened intently, even reaching out with the Force to pick up any extra information he could in Leon’s mind and body. A certain closeness to the Force was to be expected, spirits were said to be the closest retained conscious to complete oneness with the Force possible. He recalled the legendary story of the equally legendary Jedi Knight Jacen Solo. He had achieved oneness with the Force in a final confrontation with the Yuuzhan Vong, yet was not entirely in control or conscious of his own body and self. Getting close to the Force was a paradox of power. True power could never be achieved for oneself entirely, only for the Force.

“With the Force, you will often find that the more you know of its secrets,” pausing for a moment before speaking again, “and not to sound too sage-like here,” with another pause before beginning again, “the more you know, the more you realize how little you know and how infinite the Force truly is.”

Caleb could already tell he disliked playing the role of the Teacher and it made him wonder how his own Teacher had felt. There was always a sense of respect and equality despite his Teacher’s greater prowess. Learning was conducted on a basis of sharing, understanding, and respect. He hoped to be able to teach in a similar manner if he was to help this boy realize his own path.

What was most interesting to Caleb was the accelerated learning process they had both experienced and the spirit of the ancient master speaking with both of them. This spirit had appeared to Caleb over the past few weeks of his own training, and he needed to know if the spirit had hung around Leon as well. “This woman, was the spirit of the master that created the shrine and protective grotto. Has this woman spoken to you since that day?” the spirit had made it clear as to why she hung around Caleb. She did not trust him at first with the powers she had bestowed upon him.

Thinking now about how Leon’s mention that he had accessed a powerful Force Heal without even knowing exactly how he had done it was also intriguing. Leon had claimed to feel as though he knew the power, yet did not know it. Paradoxical and quite different from how the spirit had bestowed upon Caleb some knowledge of Force Light, although this could easily be attributed to Leon having less experience and understanding of various Force powers. “Tell me what you do understand about the power to heal yourself and we can start from there. By filling in the gaps I can teach you to become an adept healer if you desire to walk such a path.” Caleb thought to his own ability to heal through the Force. Although he understood healing through the Lightside of the Force now that he was a Jedi, he had almost always relied on the Darkside in the past. It was a power he knew well from when he was just a boy and his mother would push him to the brink of death and back again. The thought was almost enough to make him shudder. Almost. He wondered if he would be capable of applying the Lightside to the most powerful manifestations of his Dark healing powers. For now he would stick to what he knew to be Light, he could not risk corrupting Leon. He had let Leon down by allowing the young man to be hurt in the first place, he could not let him down so grievously again.

OOC: No problem man, I'm not trying to compete lol

IC: He took in what Caleb said and nodded. He smirked a little when he went all philosophical. Leon liked to get philosophical now that he was training to become a Jedi. It tickled his fancy a little. But Leon had to admit, he did feel the same presence every so often when he was training or just out and about. It seemed she kept her distance when it came to Leon. He didn't know if this was because she was watching him to see his progress or because she was just checking in to see if she had made a right choice giving him such abilities. Either way, Leon knew she watched him every so often. "I feel as though she come's to me every so often to watch me do thing's. It's like she's alway's watching my decision's, making sure I'm on the right path... It's just a feeling but it could be her way of watching to see if she had done the right thing with doing what she did." Leon thought she was more prone to watch what Leon was doing because she wanted to she how thing's played out with him. Leon could be wrong, but it was just a gut feeling.

He looked like he was in thought for a second time. He could tell when he focused on a place where a wound was or there was some type of injury he could almost feel it and when he focused on mending the injury he could feel it healing. But he didn't know how to use it at will. He couldn't brake an arm and sit down an instantly start to heal it. He couldn't focus enough to do it. "Well, so far, I have only been able to feel the process work but I haven't been able to use it on que. I can't seem to get a grip on it..."

“I don’t think she needs reassurance that she made the right decision in saving you. The only reason I was even allowed to grab the Holocron that day was to save your life,” Caleb posited, alluding to the fact that he was in some way different than most Jedi. It was clear the master wanted to protect an innocent being such as Leon. “She is watching over you because she wants to protect you.” Caleb couldn’t say for certain if that was her intention, but for now it was the most reassuring and plausible. Perhaps she would make herself more prominent in Leon’s future, when tougher decisions arose.

Listening intently to what Leon had to say about his healing abilities, it sounded dangerously close to a Darkside manifestation of Force Healing known as Dark Transfer. An ability Caleb himself was all too familiar with. The ability was strongest and sometimes even downright inaccessible unless emotion and/or necessity were of a strong or urgent nature. However, it could not be this ability, given the spirit’s strong connection to the Lightside of the Force. Then again, Cade Skywalker had learned to use this ability with the powers of the Light, but it was no easy feat. Caleb quickly discarded such thoughts. Dark Transfer was not limited to just the self nor inherently Light upon being able to access it.

“The technique is clearly powerful and acts quickly, a bastion of the power of the Light,” Caleb mused to himself, recalling the severity of Leon’s injuries and the fact that he was capable of not only walking shortly afterwards, but almost carrying Caleb out of the cave as well. Not wanting to muddy the integrity of the original technique, Caleb decided to begin with a more lucid and generalized approach. “Calm yourself. Focus your mind on the technique and the times it has helped you in the past few weeks. There is energy there, energy that is being carefully applied. Unless you can calm your mind, to be able to feel each individual part of it at work, you will not be able to grasp onto those thin fibers that are woven into the technique’s craftsmanship. Once you have gained this focus and can see the technique in its entirety, you can touch it. It will become a tangible element of your perceptions. At this point, manipulation is as easy as pouring your energy into this newly discovered mold.” Caleb often found that when he was describing things, a vast amount of metaphors could either make things click right away, or lose focus quickly, but he didn’t know of a better way to describe it to Leon unless he had more… specific questions.

Caleb now meditated on this technique himself, seeing if he could come to any conclusions of his own based on what was being spoken by Leon and what he felt in the boy's mind. "If you wouldn't mind the intrusion," Caleb began, "I could always take a more direct peak into what you are thinking and feeling when you are attempting this technique. To expidite the process," Caleb offered his left hand, twiddling his fingers playfully, careful not to place it on Leon's head unless given permission. Drain Knowledge was traditionally a Darkside techniques, but it was a technique that could be used for good, in a less painful and intrusive way, particularily when sharing thoughts and feelings on a more concrete level and the participants were willing.

"Yeah, that could be it too..." He didn't think the old master would want to make sure he was protected but the idea wasn't ruled out. She did want to help Leon when he was knocked out cold by using Caleb as a catalyst for her technique's and she did throw out his flaw's with the strength's he had. Perhaps she did want to look over Leon as a protective guardian of sort's. Maybe she would show up in his time's of greater needs. Leon wrapped his mind around the thought's pretty easily and he could tell there was no real definitive answer. He could only hope that some day he could talk to her. Get some answer's to the ever growing question's he yearned to answer. There was only one thing that was assured to him and that was the fact that time would hold answer's to the question's he wanted to know.

Leon listened and tried to get what the other jedi was saying. He had to focus on calming himself and he had to feel the technique to be able to actually obtain it and use it effectively. Maybe there was something else that had to be done so he could actually use this technique. Maybe he wasn't ready for such a task. He wouldn't give up though. It wasn't in his character to give up and just lose to something that's more easily said than done. He wanted to become a Jedi for a lot of reason's but for Leon, it was the challenge of having to bare it's responsibilities. Somewhere deep down he wanted to become the best and hold the title knight. But he would have to strive for it.

But he was at a loss. He couldn't totally grasp the technique. He couldn't describe it past not being able to hold it. It was within reach, but it was to far for him to grasp. An annoying burden to carry. Caleb than reached out his hand and asked if he could see a little bit further. This made Leon a little worried. Leon was infact, by nature, a light sider. He had alway's seen the hope of humanity, even at the bottom of the social and economic scale. But to dive into his mind and feel the problem out? Leon looked at Caleb, thought's racing through his mind. "...Alright... Give it a shot."

Caleb could see the Leon’s persistence, and he would be rewarded. Learning new and obscure Force techniques with different applications than the typical training regiment was something Caleb had grown accustomed to over the years of learning from many Force Cults, Sects, Religions, Monks, etc. Placing his hand gently on his head for the most direct focus and contact, Caleb began the process of drawing out information from the young man’s mind. He had to be careful not to dig too violently at the deeper sub and unconscious thoughts and understandings Leon had while still getting there to be able to reveal the secrets of the technique. If he was too reckless, it might cause psychological damage. However, the fact that Leon was willing was enough to offset most of the risk. This fact alone technically made his application of the technique not Drain Knowledge at all.

Experiencing the technique the way Leon had felt it deep within himself, Caleb began to realize how truly genius this ancient Jedi was. Her application was so precise and powerful, yet required so much less focus at the cost of relatively little energy to the user once they had map out the most basic composition of the body through both DNA and RNA that it could both multiply cells and purge foreign substances with ease. It was a technique capable of rapid self healing, even capable of use in certain combat situations (a rare and powerful feat for a healer to achieve). Depsite this, it’s applications to others were less effective until their selves could be analyzed as well. This undoubtedly explained why the spirit had to enter Leon’s body and allow him to use the technique mostly for himself. Despite his subconscious experience with it, and assistance from the spirit, he still had a ways to go in terms of the basic fundamental aspects of Force healing powers to be able to utilize this technique.

Removing his hand from Leon’s head once he was sure he had learned everything there was about the intricacies of the technique, Caleb began to explain it to Leon, “It is a technique that relies on a heightened state of self awareness, down to near genetic levels. Once mastered, a user is capable of pushing their body into action of rapid healing, even during combat through the symbiotic nature of the technique with the user’s own body.” Now that he had explained what Leon could do with the technique, he had to tell him how to get there. “Meditation is crucial to even the most basic of healing techniques. All healing techniques take the utmost precision and concentration. Until you are capable of meditating to the point that you can experience the world at an almost infinitesimal level you will not be able to attempt this or any other healing technique. The next step is training to maintain that level of focus even under the most strenuous duress. Healers are renown for some of the strongest focus and concentration of all Force users due to the depth and specifics their meditation requires of their state of mind. However, this technique somewhat cheats that system. By becoming so familiarized and constantly aware of your own body, you no longer need that level of concentration---at least not to perform more advanced healing processes on yourself. Learning to heal others is a much different matter. But you can practice those basics another time. For now, learn to concentrate, and focus your meditation. Many healers become unaware of their surroundings and simply live in the moment of sheer concentration of that which requires their attention. Think in that manner, focus in that manner. Start with a muscle group,” Caleb hoped he wouldn’t have to teach the boy too much about anatomy, cells, or genetics, however if Leon could learn to focus he could see all of that in action without the need for any such lessons, and learn about his body for himself, “Once you have the muscle group down, narrow it even further to a tissue in that muscle, then a cell, then the very genetic code of that cell. Now imagine examining every single cell in your entire body in a consistent process, almost being able to project your own growth through mitosis and meiosis. Once you are there, I can begin to teach you how the spirit applies the energy effectively to achieve an ideal state of regenerative healing.”

The energy was the tricky part. It required a strict understanding of the Lightside of the Force. But he would get to teaching that to Leon in time.

Leon took in the words of the older jedi. When he let go of his head it felt like a hand had been removed from his brain. It was a weird experience. Leon wanted to learn such a technique some day but now he had to focus. He had to concentrate to the point where he no longer let outside distraction's break his concentration. He thought it would be a long and strenuous journey to achieve such focus, but he was already closer than he thought. He just had to do his best and give out 100% at all time's with this. Even if he was just trying to learn basic's. Leon looked at the ground and closed his eye's. He didn't know if Caleb wanted him to do this righ this minute but he did anyway. He had to concentrate and focus on the very cell's within his body and influence them to mend and create new cell's. He had to reconstruct tissue and heal torn bond's within these cell's. He had to induce a state of rapid reconstruction. He focused hard and he let himself slip into a state of pure concentration. He had to feel his body at work.

After a 10 minutes or so of silence, he suddenly felt at one with himself. He felt his breath and his heart beat. He felt the blood that flowed through him. He focused on a muscle group in his arm, the bicep, just like what Caleb had said and he already understood how it worked. The small fibrous tissue's that made up the bicep were incredibly simple but could be strengthened by breaking down and rebuilding. Simply stuff he knew about the skeletal muscle's of the bicep. But then he had to focus on something even smaller. The actual cell's of the tissue. He felt that he already knew what to do it and almost instantly he began to visualize the cell's of those tissue's. Maybe he knew what to do but somehow it didn't process itself in Leon's conscious self. He took in a deep breath and opened his mouth slightly. He felt like he was more intuned with himself than any other time he had meditated. Maybe this was due to his far away knowledge he had of this technique. The workings of the ancient master. "I think... I think I got it..." Leon felt that now he was at one with himself. This is how he felt when the spirit had mended his injuries. "This is how it felt when the spirit helped me... Like everything was being influenced... Like my awareness of everything had jumped through the roof..." Leon thought for a moment. "I can feel the tissue's in my arm's... I can feel the cell's..."

Caleb could see and feel that Leon was grasping the technique, and far quicker than he had expected. The young man’s prior experience with the technique was making him a natural at learning not only its application but with familiarizing himself with the level of concentration necessary to perform healing techniques. “Good, now to apply the energy you must tip the scales of your inner balance to the brightest extent of the Force possible. Not feeding on emotion, only reveling in peace and clarity. From this energy you must draw only the smallest amounts of Light spreading and guiding it in a natural flow throughout your body. It is as if projecting microscopic lines of pure Light from your connection to the Force to each part of your body. Each line acts as a bridge or a highway to each part of your cells through which the Force flows and is purified by the Light of the path the energy takes. From here your body communicates understanding with the Light by establishing a clear connection and is able to build and repair damage based on where your body needs it most.”

Leon was almost there, if he could learn to build these pathways of energy throughout his body he would be capable of utilizing the technique. Then the rest would be up to Leon to apply the technique to various situations, practicing it on his own and familiarizing himself with it to the level of mastery. Caleb reflected for a moment himself while Leon worked on the next part of the technique. Were it up to the Council such a technique would most likely be considered forbidden to someone of Leon’s stature. The thought disgusted Caleb. Such a technique of the Light could only serve to bring a bright student like Leon closer to it and teach him to become more one with himself and the Force. Focusing back on the present Caleb focused on the technique himself. It was quite similar to Dark Transfer in that it involved seeing every line, crack, and crevasse that constituted the human body and applying it to provide aid on a near infinitesimal level. He saw those lines in his own arm and continued to stare off, some dark memory of his past existing in the shadows of his body.

Leon only listened as he went deeper into a meditative state. He felt closer to the force than ever before, but with Caleb's word's guiding him he quickly found himself being washed over by peace and tranquility. He dove far into the deep water's of the force and he could feel the force flowing through his body. It was like he opened up a world of pure bliss but he didn't feel happy, he felt calm. This was a new experience to him but he quickly found his center and let the force sink in. He took in a deep breath and he quickly found that it was almost automatic, like his body was on auto pilot. Leon then did as Caleb had told him. He tried to take in small amount's of light energy and apply it throughout his body. He let it flow and let it circulate. He formed the smallest of line's through his body and let the light connect with the tissue's and structure's within him. It was an amazing feeling. After about another 10 to 15 minute's of trial and error Leon finally made a solid connection. He finally felt the force communicate and connect with his physical body.

This was it. This is what happened to him when the spirit had healed him but on a much larger scale. He probably could only mend the smallest of wound's now. But with practice, he could do a lot more. "...I got it... I got it...! This is it... This was the feeling I had when I slowly came into consciousness... Except the connection was stronger. More alive." Leon's eye's were still closed and his head was still down but he was smiling ear to ear. What an amazing old jedi master. To be so strong with the force that she had the power to induce a technique so intricate and still be able to burn it's secret's inside a person's mind. The force was a mysterious thing to him, even if he fully dwelled inside it's light. Leon sat there for a moment, not realizing that Caleb was even there for a moment. He was so at peace that he forgot he was suppose to train with Caleb.

Caleb had lifted himself from his deep nightmarish state of recollection at the sound of Leon's voice. Refocusing on the young man before him, Caleb sensed the lines of Light within him. So Leon had finally done it, and he would simply have to practice to strengthen his familiarity and understanding with the technique. "Good, now engrave this understanding within your memory until it becomes like second nature to you. That is the key to using it in combat. Once you are able to establish these pathways throughout your body you can subconsciouly call upon them at will, drawing the Force to the parts of your body in need of aid and mending them with little effort."

Leon had truly grasped the technique far quicker than Caleb had expected, but he sat with him nonetheless. There may be more questions the young man needed answering and Caleb would be there for him should he need any more help. Helping Leon with his training had not been entirely fruitless for Caleb. By accessing the recesses of Leon's mind Caleb had managed to learn the intricasies of the technique for himself, and would undoubtedly be able to reproduce the technique himself should he so desire. Learning such things was much quicker for someone who had a greater understanding of the Force. But Caleb wasn't entirely sure if the technique could be intigrated into his combat system just yet. His methods already involved many taxing and powerful evocations of the Force.

"You must have other questions," Caleb stated frankly, "is there any other particular part of your training I can help you with now that I am here? Or perhaps you would like to focus more on this technique while I am here?" Caleb left it unsaid, but he had set aside his entire day just to help Leon with this technique, and could easily free up a few more if the young man desired the additional attention and training in his abilities. Helping Leon didn't bother Caleb in the slightest, it taught him much about the Force just by being around such a gifted student who was open minded, tenacious, and willing to learn.

Leon nodded. He would have to train hard to get this technique down fully. And if he trained hard, he could easily mend most injuries with ease. He finally looked up at Caleb with a small smirk. He was still concentrating on the thin connection's through the force, trying to keep that connection. He was going to try to keep the connection up until he was comfortable with some progress. It wouldn't hurt to get some training in while he trained. "...I could alway's use some help with my saber form... Plus, I could use some training in my push and pull category, I haven't trained that in a while..." Leon took a moment to think. While he did so his connection with the force weakend. He didn't notice though, it was just going to take some time before he actually got it down. "By the way, what was that technique you used against the K'kayeh? It was like a wave of energy or something..."

Caleb saw Leon's smirk and began to realize what the young man most likely had in mind: a sparr. It was common for youth to wish to test themselves constantly, always sizing themselves up and reaffirming their place in the world's pecking order. Then again, Caleb was still fairly young himself. Yet to him it was a foolish idea that he had dispelled early on in his own childhood, but it amused him to see in others nontheless. "If you would like to learn more about your particular saber form (Caleb had already realized from the first moment Leon had drawn his Lightsaber that he was a practicioner of Djem So) I cannot help you much beyond some of the basics. That being said, I can teach you much about saber combat in general against blasters and other saber wielders. You will find that it is not the form that makes the swordsman, but the swordsman who makes the form."

Caleb had studied much about physical prowess after the bookish nature of his childhood self wore off and he began to realize the practicality of being able to defend oneself in a martial nature. Although his most studied forms were Juuyo and Niman, he couldn't help but to realize that these forms had many shortcomings when creating a combat form that was truly made for oneself. Caleb wasn't sure if Leon had realized it yet in his years of training, but forms worked best when adapted to one's own body type, comfort levels, and natural attack and defense patterns.

"What knowledge about swordsmanship I offer can teach you something far more valuable. It is the way to personalize your style to emphasize your strengths and guard against your weaknesses."

Leon had not stopped at just wanting to learn about saber combat, he wanted to learn so much more about the Force in addition to Lightsabers. Caleb addressed each of these as well, "Furthermore, should we get to them over the next few days, I can teach you far more than just basic pushes and pulls. As a boy I trained with the most reknowned telekinetics in the galaxy: the Zeison Sha. Telekinesis is a particular skill I have complete mastery over," he smiled knowing that this additional information would please Leon greatly, after all he was so eager to learn much about the Force.

What Caleb was most suprised to hear was that Leon was conscious to witness his first ever evocation of the increasingly rare technique known as Force Light. It was the one thing Caleb had been training in over the past few weeks since his return to Tython and had come to grasp quite a degree of skill over despite its relatively new nature to him. "That technique is known as Force Light," Caleb spoke hesitantly, "It involves the purest manifestations of Lightside energy to perform any number of functions, most commonly to wither or weaken the Darkside of the Force, in its most advanced applications it is capable of cutting someone entirely off from the Force---would you like to learn something of this as well?" Caleb wasn't sure if he was being covetous, but he was slightly reserved about teaching the boy the technique. However, he knew deep down that the ancient Master would most likely have liked for Leon to know the technique. Why couldn't he get that Master's spirit out of his head?

Leon liked what he was hearing. Anything to make him a more complete warrior would make him more one with himself. The more he worked against other opposing lightsaber forms the more ready he'll be on the battlefield. Anything to help get better. Leon listened intently and took in what Caleb said. It was the swordsmen that made the style. It clicked with him pretty easily. He liked that ideal. It connected with the more philosophical side of Leon. Knowing he would soon try to make his way through the ranks and become a Knight one day, he would use every advantage he had to become the better fighter, and become the better person.

"I want to learn everything you could offer me, really. Teach me about force light. Show me how to further my knowledge of force push and pull. Teach me how to mold my own style of saber fighting, besides what I already know. What ever you have time for." Leon smirked a litte and he was eager to learn. He showed his patience by waiting on what Caleb could teach to him.

Caleb lifted himself from the ground slowly, grasping the pommel of his lightsaber with his left hand as he removed it from its place on his belt, slowly sliding his hand into position on its grip. “Let’s break things up then with some sparring,” Caleb spoke, in response to Leon’s restlessness. “The best way for me to assess your talent will be to experience it firsthand. I want you to come at me with the intent to kill, holding nothing back. This way I can see all of your strengths and weaknesses.”

A stern look was given in place of a reassuring smile. It was imperative that Leon take Caleb’s words to heart for this exercise or no meaningful progress would come of it.
