[BEEBOX=90%]HISTORY[/BEEBOX]
Born to a Miralukan couple on Corellia, Ito's childhood on the planet was plagued by loneliness. At the formal schools he attended as a child, the other children (the majority of which were human) always teased him because of his lack of physical sight. Naturally, there was always the one person who stood by and helped the victim; in this case, Ito's future girlfriend, a human named Luci. While Ito often spent little of his free time around others, he and Luci saw each other often enough at school to become close friends. It was also around this time that Luci made him a black and grey wrap to keep his empty eye sockets from being seen by others. After a large portion of their childhoods spent together, and when they both reached their teens, they fell in love; this was almost heartbreaking for Ito, as he was required to leave Corellia often, to learn his father's way of business within one of Czerka's development teams. To make it worse, Ito's family ended up moving back to Alpheridies, so Ito could continue his education.

While on Alphereridies, Ito attended and became a member of the Luka Sene, a place for Miralukans with a stronger ability to use the Force went to learn and expound upon their usage of it. It was here that Ito learned to harness the power of the Force, and after 8 years of study, was able to learn and achieve fluency in Force powers like Precognition, Shatterpoint, Telekinesis, and the most difficult for him, Pyrokinesis. Ito also learned the Teras Kasi martial arts. After completing his education in the ways of the Luka Sene, Ito met with Luci in person for the first time in nearly a decade.

Nearly another year had gone by since Ito Kai had completed his formal education and been reunited with Luci. For the first time, Ito had been truly happy. He and Luci had gotten engaged, and they had settled down in a smaller mountain village of Sephi people on Thustra. Then suddenly, the village was attacked by criminals from the Dead Drop Pact, who had come to set up a temporary slaver operation in the area. They forced the people in the area to do whatever they wanted, taking as many as 200 from the small villages on the mountain. When they came into Ito's village, they took the majority of them, leaving behind those that were sick or who they thought were unable to work in a mine; Ito himself was one of them, his lack of eyes dropping him into the useless category. But Luci was taken to be one of the slaves for the group.

A month or so after the pirates had invaded, things had started to settle down, despite the slaves being worked to near death. Whenever the invaders deemed someone unfit to be a slave, they were executed in the village they were from. Ito, having witnessed near a dozen of these executions, finally had enough. He gather any medical resources he could, and took them to the mine in search of Luci, and whoever might need the supplies after he was done with them. When he arrived, Ito carefully searched all over the mines and found Luci, who was barely able to stand. Bruised and beaten, poor Luci was carried by Ito to the entrance of the mine, when he was met by about a dozen of the pirates, most fully armed and alert. Seeing that he was blindfolded, most of them were stupid enough to drop their blasters and fight him hand to hand or with vibroweapons. Ito, in a fearsome, bloody rage, took out eight of the twelve before they drew their blasters and subdued him, then took the couple to the DDP unit commander. It was then revealed to Ito that they had seen and watched him search the mines for Luci, and intrigued, they held back and let him feel like he could be successful in the rescue before intercepting him at the last minute. Feeling despair, Ito feared that he would be killed, and in death would leave Luci to suffer. Then he was horrified when the commander told the pirates that were restraining Luci to release and kill her. Let go, the weakened Luci fell to the ground in front of Ito, then shocked he watch as she was stabbed in the back by a long vibrodagger. Lifeless, Luci slumped over in front of him; Ito tried to cry, but he was too scared, too afraid. The ruthless pirates took Ito and the body of Luci out of the mine and back down the mountain. When he was left at the village, Ito occupied himself with preparing Luci for burial with help from some Sephi that had been left behind. After burying Luci, Ito left Thustra, as there was nothing left for him to do here. While he did swear he'd never let a member of the horrible group that did this to him live, he also accepted the fact that he couldn't actively pursue the end of the group; Ito Kai knew he'd never be strong enough to take them all on at once. But, he did admit that he needed to become stronger.

Travelling from planet to planet in the nearby areas of the galaxy, Ito searched for a person or place to teach him how to be stronger. He found this on Mandalore, where he studied, learned, and eventually proved himself in combat to become part of the Mandalorian culture. After being accepted, Ito trained as hard as he could, learning things like marksmanship and swordplay, in the latter he excelled. Then the Republic came calling, and Ito was drafted into the Border Alliance, placed in a small squad of six other Mandalorians, all of which he had become friends with during his training. Two years into his service, Ito and his teammates were placed on a reconnaissance mission into uncontrolled space in the Outer Rim territories, searching for smugglers transporting spice into the republic illegally. When they did stumble upon the base, they began to investigate exactly what kind of operation the smugglers had going, but they were ambushed. It was quite an unfair fight, around 7:1, and in the end Ito was the only one left, rescued by another larger group of Border Alliance soldiers that were in a nearby system. About half a year later, Ito was given an Honorable Discharge, because of the trauma they suspected he had left him unfit to serve.

After being discharged from the Alliance, Ito went back to Mandalore and trained for another six months, then retrieved his possessions - the most important of which were a vibrosword he purchased shortly after being accepted into the culture there, and his first gift from Luci - and left Mandalore, to the core worlds.

When he reached the Core, Ito started off in Corellia looking for work. Believing bounty hunting to be a great way to get stronger, he picked up his first hunt: tracking down and delivering a Rodian to CorSec. After finding the Rodian on Duro, Ito engaged in a short round of combat against him before capturing him. However, Ito was hit by a grenade's explosion, and as a result suffered some scarring up the inside of his right arm.

Several weeks later, Ito visited Thustra to pay his respects at Luci's grave on her birthday. Before leaving for Corellia, Ito stopped at a cantina to look at the bounty board, and was quickly engaged in combat against a Sith that he'd antagonised. During the battle, Ito suffered from a crushed wrist, but due to a decision by both combatants the fight had no victor. After that, the Sith offered training in swordplay, in exchange for training in the Force from Ito. Ito accepted, but requested time to heal first. During Ito's time spent healing, he purchased a set of Mandalorian armour, so he could fully adhere to the Resol'nare again, and because he'd decided he couldn't go on as a bounty hunter without it.

After he'd spent the time necessary to heal, Ito heard of and entered a tournament called The Crucible. He figured it was a good way to test his strength, as well as to make him stronger, and it was. He made it all the way up to the second-to-last round, a 1v1v1 between himself, a Jedi, and another bounty hunter. He somehow came on top due to a technicality, and proceeded to the Grand Final that he lost.

This experience made Ito think long and hard about what to do next. He remembered his goal, and decided to attempt joining the group that sponsored the other hunter, the Bounty Hunter's Guild. However, his trial was difficult. Ito was told that to join, he had to kill a certain woman. He tracked her down, and after following her out of a cantina while she was drunk, Ito swallowed his guilt and stabbed her through the back, killing her. It was after this that he was allowed to join the guild, so he did.

(Permission to use Czerka, The Dead Drop Pact, and The Border Alliance was given by @Nor'baal, @Benvenu7, and @TAC respectively.)

[BEEBOX=90%]PERSONALITY[/BEEBOX]

Ito is someone who is not good with words, and can be quite direct. This is due to him not having many friends and closing most others off during his childhood because of his 'disability'. As such, he can come off as a rude person to others. Sometimes he seems to enjoy teasing people as well. Also, from time to time, Ito can be quite overconfident thinking he can do things others can not.

He is almost always a calm and collected character, rarely showing any signs of distress. When the group of pirates came and attacked his temporary home village, Ito showed only a slight reaction and was able to quickly accept the new conditions of their short rule, while many others panicked. He has shown different moods throughout his life; at times being rather cheerful, while being gloomy at others. When in a battle, he becomes incredibly fierce and aggressive. Sometimes, his fierceness is up to the point where he loses control of himself and is even unable to recall what he had done.

However, Ito is actually a kind person who is just misunderstood. Despite the general opinion of "Why do I need help from a blind man," he refused to abandon another person in trouble. This was only strengthened after the demise of his former team. He also tries his best to comfort others who are scared or feeling down.

Ito can also be a very emotional person and lets his emotions control him from time to time. The deaths of Luci and his team still haunt him, despite the Miraluka teachings of accepting death. Luci's death in particular had a huge effect on his personality and motives, making him very distant from others for a time. This can be worrying to his friends and allies as Ito is someone who could let guilt ruin his life if not comforted. His ill-chosen Trial to join the BHG, as well as the mishap during his duel against Jhin, have left him with some grief, as both of the people he killed were in his eyes, innocent women. He also tries to hide his abilities, not wanting unneeded attention.

Ito is a person with incredibly strong resolve who will do anything and everything in his power to accomplish something that is important to him without any hesitation. When Luci was kidnapped by the pirates, Ito did everything in his power to try and save her, before she was ultimately put to death in front of him.

[BEEBOX=90%]FORCE ABILITIES[/BEEBOX]
FORCE SIGHT - The first Force ability Ito ever had, as he was born with it. Being a Miraluka, he has natural Force Sight, and since his study at the Luka Sene, he's been able to explore and expand its power.
PRECOGNITION - One of the powers Ito gained access to during his studies, Precognition is basically an expansion of Force sight, allowing him to predict movements and actions with foresight. Ito has become quite adept in this power, to the point where he's come up with several styles of a counter-type move in his swordplay.
SHATTERPOINT - While used less often, Ito is still effective in sensing shatterpoints. He's never used one to hurt an opponent, but he isn't against trying.
TELEKINESIS - Another of Ito's frequently used abilities, he has become quite good with it. Pushing, pulling, lifting, throwing; all done with his telekinesis.
PYROKINESIS - An uncommon ability, Ito learned it while studying at the Luka Sene. This is by far his strongest Force power, but also his most taxing. Ito's greatest use of it was when he once enveloped the blade of his sword with pure, white-hot flame, and then delivered a devastating final blow to the phrik/cortosis/durasteel training droid he was up against, the pure heat severing the bot in two. He's never done it like this since because he blacked out a few seconds later, but has used it before for little things, like heating up his hands in the cold.

@Prudence, in a way I agree, but I also (no offense) don't really care, since it's my most described/fleshed out character. Idk, if you any any ideas to keep it like this, but also make it less anime, I wouldn't disagree.

If you want to make it less anime, not naming the sword might help.

#1) Please fix that voice reference. Literally anything but an actually Japanese anime voice actor would be amazing

I was kidding. I hate anime but I don't begrudge people who use them

((LIKE MY BEST FRIEND WHO I'M SUPER MAD AT FOR USING AN ANIME FACEGRAB @Proleptic >.<))
