APPEARANCE:
Average height for a female, and with an average build Iori tends to blend into a crowd. If any of her features would be noticeable by people it would like be the fact she has masses of thick black hair, when she wears it down it reaches to just past her waist, most often though she wears it in a loose braid to keep it out of her way. Possessing the pallor that is typical of her race, as is her eyes which are a dark grey in color and almond in shape. A softly pointed jaw and an oval face finishes out her features. She possesses few other marks which make her stand out besides her left ankle which has rather large scar and a tattoo of a lotus like flower done in black on most of her lower back.
She dresses casually when she can, preferring dark colors , pretty sure pastels make her look even more washed out than she as a general rule anyway. She has a fondness for jackets and a certain black leather one in particular which she considers to be some what of a good luck charm.
BIOGRAPHY:
Iori was born on Corsucant, to a typical middle class family. She and her siblings did the things normal children did, she made mediocre grades, not the best in the class nor the best. She socialized with friends and took occasional family trips to whatever attraction caught their fancy at the moment, normally during school holidays. What did set Iori apart from a young age was she had a talent with computers and electronics in general. She would spend time trying to figure out their systems and how to improve them. Never any think that could be considered illegal or amoral more worried about what her parents would do to her, as anything else.
As she got older she fell in with friends who shared her same hobbies. Although they took care to not be uncovered. However, no plan or program is fool proof. Nor was Iori informed of all she was doing, her friend had made contacts with people who had interest in slicers, and moving credits from one account to another, as far as Iori had been told it had simply been a game of sorts. She was lucky in so much as she was not one of the people who were connected with the fiasco.
Angry she had not been informed of what she was doing, she gave it up for some time. Instead she found a "normal" job and tried to live her life as best she could, trying not to think about what she had done. It worked, for a while. It was not going to forever as it turned out. That same friend which got her in trouble to begin with, caused it again, in a round about way. He had been killed by his employers rivals looking to remove the advantages their rivals had. He had however, mentioned Iori to them in conversation before he died. Altered to her existence they sought her out.
At first she turned them down. However, pay and benefits were substantial, and as much as she had moral misgivings, they were, the benefits won out in the end. She stayed with them for some time before they eventually parted ways. She went into freelance work, taking short term work from whom ever was hiring at the moment.
