I won't send her an invitation. However, if you want to talk Arm into having Hibrar bring her along, I'll allow it. You'll have to coordinate showing up with Hibrar, because she wouldn't be granted entry by herself. Just keep in mind that it's not your average galactic social event- it'll likely be weird for a non-Mando :)
