Eureka! I'll just spout out what I'm planning for my first character. I'm thinking of a character that uses more basic weapons as opposed to the more traditional "advanced weapons" of Star Wars. Probably a Jedi or a Cartel character. Or possibly a Jedi that joined the Cartel after the fall of Coruscant. I've been trying to catch up on recent events. How long ago in game was the fall of Coruscant?

We'll see how that goes, I'm looking forward to finishing up the character sheet and getting it posted by tonight.

So in my perusal of the site, I remember seeing something about a character being in two factions and about ex-jedi powers. So I guess my question is, does anyone know where I can read up on these topics, or someone to contact about it. The two factions in question are Jedi and Cartel.

Dual membership is possible, you'll just need permission from both faction leaders and maybe an admin go ahead. As for being an ex-Jedi, perfectly fine. Though it would be nice to have someone from the Jedi leadership go over the character once you've made it so that they can let you know if anything doesn't match with the Jedi history on the site and stuff like that.
