Okay, this is a thread where you can vote for the nominations for the Republican Party and the Democratic Party. I just want to see what kind of reaction people have to different candidates.

Do not get into politics. This is a simple poll. Please, post whom you voted for.

Once this thread is done, I will take the two nominees and create a poll for whom their Vice-President should be. After that, we will have an "election" for President.

Have fun with this!

Brandon, luv, you won't meet the criteria to even be considered a candidate by the 2008 election year....rofl

Anyway, without knowing more information about some of these people I went with FRIST (not First) and Liberman....lol

Did you vote? If so, it wasn't recorded.

BTW, for me it's Rudy Giulliani and Joe Liberman.

Traditionally the out going administrations vice president is the front runner for the new elections, however with dicks health I know he will not be able to do as such.. Personally I would love to see Condy for these reasons.

She has built the experiance as of late, often subbing for the VP when he was ill, and has had great connections with not only the UN, but the EU, Asia, and other points of alliances...and in my humble oppinion is well suited..

I Also love to see her to piss off the democrats..

" democrats are the " black voters friend, and all minorities" yet no minority in there ranks has EVER held a position in a cabinate before....ohh for the defenders of equality huh, not only would running condy as a woman, and a black woman sorta deflate that gimic the democrats try to use, but would further show that the right has infact done more in the way of building a more diverse group than is realised...

the democrats ...well, they don't have an agenda other than " we hate the bush administration" and have honestly done NOTHING except be disruptive to all legeslation, and made " we hate the administration" speeches, but not offered anything in reality about what they can actually do.

Hillary MAY run, but in honesty, I think the democratic convintions will be used to sabatauge her,,thats how Kerry got in last time...so, I see Liberman as a good choice, but I think it will be some new young gun they will pull out of nowhere

I would have a hard time voting for Condi. Too ultra-conservative for my tastes. Honestly, I think I'd vote for someone like Liberman over Rice. But, that's just me....

Al Gore is an idiot. Rudy Guilianni was hated by NY until 9/11 and he wasn't the cleanest of men.

I concur with you in regards to Gore. He lost the election and he's still crying about it. And, Giulliani is who I would vote for. He certainly proved that he can handle himself under pressure and that he can lead through a crisis.
