The Citadel, Mandalore
The Grand Hall
Today was much different than many a Mandalorian was used to, ever since the collapse of the Crusade many Mandalorians retreated into their Coverts, some ashamed some spiteful of what had happened, an open meeting of Clans and even more, so a Celebration was out of the picture for many, yet... today they did exactly that.
The Citadel itself was already home to a plethora of Clans most predominantly, Clan Solus and the current up and rising Matriarch and Rally Master, Van'Aria Solus when the call came forth to celebrate an incredibly successful meeting of Clans and like-minded Alor's the most young of the fold almost immediately jumped to the Occasion, at first it was a rather... "Regal" introduction, traditional Mandalorian War drums being played, the occasional Besbev and rhythmic movement but that was but a prelude to what was likely to ensue.
The usually otherwise used Grand Hall was being converted into about the largest celebratory party room one could imagine, Armorers specializing in Tech were connecting wires for speakers, large husky Mandalorians carried stools, benches, tables and counters around to create makeshift tap corners, barrels of Narcolethe were rolled out a Mandalorian staple beer and one should not forget the many other "Treats" Mando culture had to offer.
Just like Mandalorians came together in wartime, so they can when it was time to celebrate and when the term "celebration" is mentioned this does not necessarily mean quiet and content drinking, more often than not this meant loud breakouts into song, inordinate amount of inebriation and ofcourse the Mandalorian staple... the settling of "differences" with both fist, knife and head, but don't let that fool you, more often than not after those differences were settled both Mandos or Mando Groups go about their business.
Today would likely be no different in that regard, in fact... Van'Aria expected at least two fights to break out, one of which likely will be someone insulting her, the other being Kotii being threatened by someone, if she was a betting Woman she would put money on that.
<"Aria, ever tried to relax just once?"> Aurelian quipped as he carried a keg of Narcolethe past her, setting it down in a neatly assembled pile of kegs. <"You held a Speech worthy of a Leader today, worry about other things. Hey. Maybe Arthos-">
Before the Clansman could even finish that sentence, he was grabbed by the collar and almost lifted from the ground.
"Entertain those thoughts as much as you want, but you do so in your mind." She then abruptly let the man go, patting his shoulders clean. "My apologies, I sometimes forget that not everyone can have as much patience as I do."
Her attention immedietly shifted to a pair of Foundlings approaching her. <"Lady Rally Master! Woah... you're tall! We were... we were wondering, uhm. When is the next Training for the Rising Phoenix?">
Lady. Suffice to say, that Title didn't feel correct, it felt too... Royal. She didn't hold such a status, but she could understand the young ones to look at her in a similar light, squatting down she put herself as low as possible to speak with them.
"I'll make sure that when the next lesson starts, ill notify the two of you exclusively. Who knows? Mayhaps one of you gets to fly on my shoulders' hm?"
Both of them broke out into giddy fidgeting, giving the Rally Master repeated and enthusiastic noddings before running along. Van'Aria slowly rose with a sigh, inspiring people was harder than inspiring children, nonetheless it was a task that if repeated day to day can become very draining, she resolved to helping setup another row of counters before simply leaning her back against it... gazing into the happenings of the Grand Hall, she was eager to see who remained... and who would come as well, even if she didn't like to entertain the notion... she did want to see the Vizsla, Arthos arrive as well. He deserved a break. That and... perhaps it would smoothen out the relations both Solus and Vizsla had.
That aside... her helmeted gaze scanned the crowds for both... Kotii and Hauron. Both out of worry they might have gotten mobbed in her absence and because they were Clan mates, crossing Van'Aria's gaze was Aurelian briefly who patted her on the shoulder before disappearing in the crowds, she was alone for once, if that was good or bad... remained to be seen, and sure enough... her focus would be broken eventually when whoever is tech-savvy enough figures out how to blare electronic music through those speakers, she secretly hoped that was still a ways off.
OOC: OPEN to all Mandalorians. Yes.
Big Grand Castle Hall with counters similiar to "Oktoberfest" Counters or a large beergarden (Google will be your guide), Kegs of Beer, Liqour, the works.
Large crowds of mixtures of people getting crunk, drunk, fucked up. Food Platters scattered on numerous locations aswell as being ferried around by both droid and person alike.
