Tatooine... Unbearably hot, annoyingly sandy, and in most cases for Alysa, all around uncomfortable. Normally she strayed as far away from the planet as she could, preferring to live in comfortable surroundings, but after recent research into the relatively dangerous and largely frowned upon technology known as entechment, she had been looking for force users as well as a skilled medical staff. While on Sullust, her interest was peaked after hearing of a healer on Tatooine that is known to use the force on his patients. With luck and a little bit of manipulation, she might find a way to have a chance to fill both of her current positions.

The small town of Daybreak was built within one of the many plateau stacks in the area. Despite Alysa's opinion, the secluded town of daybreak was actually one of the nicer places to live on the forsaken rock of a planet. It was a safe haven for weary travelers as they made their way across the planet. It could be well defended from the tusken raiders, offered nearly constant shade, and even had a good source of moisture from its inner caverns. The residents were well looked after and its travelers were mostly pleasant, there wasn't even a spaceport so on any normal day the roar of thrusters were never heard.

Today was not a normal day. Soaring overhead, the blue-ish hull of the Wayward spell glistened under the dual sunset, its vectored thrusters crashing through the typically peaceful silence of Daybreak. After a short circle around the vicinity, Alysa touched down in front of the main entrance to the town, her ship sending dust and sand out from beneath it until solid rock shown beneath its landing gear. Out from under the large freighter, a ramp extended and Alysa casually walked down the ramp, raising her large coat's collar as a breeze kicked up. Shortly after, her droid assistant followed, though in a much more rigid and lifeless manner.

The one sentry droid at the gate looked unsure of itself, obviously not familiar with such an arrival. "Hello there," the droid stated, his voice chipper and friendly, "Welcome to Daybreak, I'm sorry to admit we don't have the proper facilities to look after your ship so we can't promise the raiders won't damage it."

With a smirk she raised a remote in front of her as she walked passed, "Thank you for the warning," she then clicked a button and 4 autoturrets extended from its hull. "But I think my ship will be fine."

Alysa was obviously here on business but she had no idea where she was headed in the town. So rather aimlessly she explored, hoping to pass by something that resembled a clinic.

The quiet beeping of a heart monitor echoed through the small room. There wasn't much that could be said for this small medical clinic other than it was surprisingly free of sand. There were a few rooms in the clinic like this, but only one needed immediate attention. Asint stood above the patient looking back and forth from his datapad, with the record of the accident, and the poor soul lying in the bed. The raiders, whose attacks had originally drawn him here, had attacked a man and his wife on there way to Daybreak. The wife came away with minor scrapes and bruises thanks to the actions of her husband who regrettably suffered the blunt of a few blaster shots. It was a miracle that he was still alive. Now Asint hoped that he could help him live through the night.

The emergency first aid performed when the patient had come in had helped to stop the immediate threat of bleeding out, but the possibility of shock was still present. Asint put his pad in his coat pocket and reached out to the patient on the bed. Asint placed his hands above the patients chest and head. He reached out through the empty space between them with the Force. Asint felt the weak flow of the Force through the patient and gave some of his own to help revitalize the slowly dimming light. The Force flowing out of his own body with a breath. From his past experience Asint knew that this would help the patients heart and slow any shock if not just out right cure it. At the same time though it brought the possibility of the patient bleeding faster. Then he probed his senses to the first of the injuries.

The first was a shallow burn on the patients shoulder. It would heal on it's own given time. The next was what would be the most worrying. A deep burn in the center of the mans chest. The wound itself was a horror to start with, but it has also taken a toll on the patients internal organs. Asint moved his hands over the area and began his real work. He let the Force flow through his body into the patients shaping it into a small needle in his mind. He moved the mental needle through into patients body. He pictured the veins that had been burnt and moved the needle through them. The stitching in Asint's mind a mental representation of the Force coaxing the patients body into rapidly repairing the damaged areas. Slowly but surely Asint worked his way through the patients wound healing it until it was no longer a threat to the patient. The process slowly fatiguing Asint as time went on.

When Asint was finally done with the patient an hour and a half had passed since the start. He assessed the patients situation once again and it seemed that the patient was likely to make a full recovery now. The patient likely would need to stay at least another week in the hospital to make sure the surface burns were treated. The sands outside reached through any amount of bandaging it had seemed, and would likely cause infection especially with how many wounds the patient had.

Asint turned smiling behind his mask at the thought of the patients eventual recovery. This man had saved a life and now the favor had been returned. The hallway outside was quiet as he made his way back out to the lobby to inform the man's wife. Asint stumbled a bit before the lobby's entrance. Everything suddenly seemed heavy as the fatigue suddenly took hold. He fought to stay awake as he shook his head to clear the sudden fog. He wasn't entirely sure when the last time he had slept was.

Trusting his body to pull through for just a while longer, Asint opened the door. The room wasn't very large, but it did have a few chairs lined against the wall and at a few tables. The only people in the room being the receptionist behind their desk and a few patients waiting to be seen. Asint wasn't sure if the wife was still here nor did he need to know. He quickly went to the front desk and informed the receptionist of the situation and asked if they could inform the patients wife. The receptionist smiled and quickly called to one of the people sitting down. As they ran over Asint made his way to one of the chairs.

He sat with the intention of just resting for a few minutes, but was asleep mere moments after sitting down.
