**...my original announcement thread got deleted when I promoted my post to an article. So here it is again!

The following is a list of changes that I preformed while the site was down.
Things that I did not do, but will be working on while the site is live:

The following is a list of changes that I preformed while the site was down.
- Upgraded to vBulletin 4.2.2 Publishing Suite
- Created a Home Page for the forum
- Added a CMS (Content Managment System) to publish articles relating to RP Events, Factions and (maybe) Characters
- Rebuilt a section of the database that was generating an error under certain conditions
- Disabled the Username Change mod that allows users to change there own names. It was out of date and conflicting with the 4.2.2 update.
- Rebuilt the search index
- Created a Article Submission forum for people to submit articles about anything to do with the RP. Could be a weekly news cast, could be a report on a certain event, could be bounty listings or ship advertisements...anything you can think of. The forum that was created (should) be set up so that people can only view the threads they post and not anyone else's. Admins can see everything, but reason there is obvious.
- Several backend changes, to hopefully improve speed.
- Several changes to the mobile version of the site that will hopefully improve accessibility and ease-of-use
- Created a slimmer version of the default skin for users who have large displays. You can chose it from the style selector...pretty self explanatory which one it is, lol.
- Fix the avatar size issue on the activity stream. This will only display correctly if you clear cached images and files in your browser.
- Updated and upgraded the linux box.
- Installed the php5-gd image handling library so that the forum will correctly re-size images uploaded by users in places where image re-sizing would be appropriate.
- Fixed the 'Forum Leaders' (showgroups.php) page. Now displays Administrators, Faction Leaders and RP-Administrators
Things that I did not do, but will be working on while the site is live:
- FIX THE ****ING SMILIES
- Link colors and general styling improvement on the front page
- Probably a bunch of stuff I'm forgetting right at the moment.
- Add a thumbs up feature in the postbit.
