Indeed. Considering that the IK are just as much a part of this timeline as anyone else, I don't feel that it's bad for non-IK to share their input. Otherwise we're sort of stuck in an agnotological feedback loop. I also encourage new members to join, as we'll be doing radical revisions to the IK stuff, in particular ranks and OOC structure.

OOC-wise how long is it going to take to mop up the Seoul V stuff? Anyhow, I'm glad my word is starting to be taken as gospel to be interpreted (I am your prophet, come to save you from a corrupt world), but my own view is that since IC-time is mutable, as soon as I am elected we can start OOC and IC reorganization of the IK.

In any case, people can certainly feel free to apply here, but I can't guarantee that they'll be approved as quickly as might be optimal considering all the other stuff we'll have to take care of.

Love that ambition. Though like I said, I'll be getting rid of a lot of the vanity ranks, etc. They served a function before, but with our IC state, we'll need to go minimalist rank-wise. Also more effective IC and OOC in the long-run IMHO.
