Alright, so to give reference for important parts of my character's history, I'm going to need a senator and a Jedi for a flashback. The both of them will survive in the first flashback, however the Jedi will be needed for the second flashback, but is going to die in that one. So, any Repub/Border senator will do, but I need a Jedi someone can easily discard or create to be discarded.

I don't think you will convince someone to kill off their character for your character's backstory. Just NPC it / include in a bio and get permission from respective FLs

You'd do better asking someone to NPC a jedi for you, as per what Raydo said.
