The man was trying his best to see if she would actually consider him for the night. Well, she had to admit, if there was going to be a night where she did just about anything it would be tonight. Though it was still early and even with his decent looks he was just some random dude. She could find a dozen guys like him in any bar across the galaxy most likely. Which was not to say he was not bad or anything, just nothing special.

Drali allowed him to pay for a drink, but that was about it. "I should be getting back to my friends. Maybe I'll come back out on the dance floor again later." She said as nicely as she could. He nodded his head, a slight twing of failure in his face. He was probably not used to getting rejected.

Turning around, once, twice, scanning the crowd to see where Aadya and her cousin had gone off to Drali noticed another woman. She looked rather familiar and then Drali realized that it was a face similar to her own. Pursing her lips she squinted, wondering if this was the spice and the alcohol at work. Maybe, but she was going to enjoy the buzz. To boot she had sung a Deucalian chant. "<Well hello there gorgeous. You look like you are having a bit of fun.>" She spoke the second half to any others nearby. There were quite a few though she was not sure if any of them also spoke Deucalic.

A little ways down she re-spoted Aadya talking to one of the men. Huh, that guy looks a lot like moody dude.... but he's dead isn't he? Darth Papa-rocks. No, that wasn't it. As she stared at @Aeron Mathis without realizing it she was sucking the last of her free beverage down until the sound of nothing but air being pulled through various ice cubes could be heard. "Hey. Who drank my drink?!" She chuckled at her own joke more than was probably warranted.

"If I'm not mistaken there was some bladeweave going on over here. Was that official? I didn't think this is the type of establishment that really...had that sort of thing. Ya bring your own or...*hick*...somethin? Crap, now I've got the hickups." Turning towards the nearest server droid she said quite loudly. "Two shots, an ale, like....a big one..." She used her hands to show that it would probably be a liter "and um....did I say shots? Yeah, bring two more shots, why not." The droid paused for a moment. If it could have blinked it would have. "What spirit are you asking to be served ma'am?" "uuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmm! How bout acargrm. That stuff's dope."

Giggling a little she looked back over at her look-a-like and smiled <"Don't worry. One's for you."> She said in deucalic. Her eyes looked over at Aadya again. She kept looking towards her fellow crusader for some reason. Maybe her subconscious was just continuing to keep an eye on what it was interested in.

Many rules that people adhered to in life. From the simple etiquette of the right fork to use, to letting the wookie win. Amur never really cared for such stuff unless she need to appear 'right' to get some influence but it was all so boring. When she was once that daft dead woman Skyler she cared all about appearances and looks, what to say to whom. While a keeping of appearances and adhering to such silly rules was useful Amur now knew that such things were all really just elaborate constructs. They really were just ways for people to lie to themselves. To entertain the ideas that they had evolved beyond the barbarism of nature and the animal kingdom. Somehow that they were all better than that, no longer constricted by the urgings of such basics.

What a bunch of karking crap! The Deucalians seemed to understand that and well you can see that in how they partied and well Amur decided to add a new much more fun rule to life than all that etiquette that was drilled into her. When partying with Deucalians either do as the Deucalians do or out crazy them.

The drinking song that Eva sang had an effect on the Sith. An energy had built in her one that may have always been there since being on Zeltros. While Amur didn't know the lyrics she stilled tapped her foot in sync with the beat. When the Deucalians finished their merry song she would hold her drink and shout "Aye!" Then Amur proceeded to down the rest of her stout in one fell gulp. She slammed the glass down cracking it in the process. She then turned back to the bartender.

"Hon. I'm going to need all the bottles of corellian whiskey you got." Amur was about to set off for the blade weaving table before stopping herself realizing something. She called the bartender back.
I realize what you may have heard was 'give me a lot of whiskey'. No, I want all the bottles of whiskey this place has, and I want it delivered to that table." Amur motioned to the bladeweaving table. Before the Zeltron could excerise some foresight and stop this source of chaos Amur took all the credits on her person that she could find and just shoved it into the hands of the Zeltron. Spare bits falling to the ground.

"You do this and it's all yours." The Zeltron nodded going off somewhere behind the bar. Amur took it as a sign she understood her command and then proceeded put her mask on and go to the bladeweaving table. The dagger the deucalian was using still standing straight and true with spots of dried blood on the blade. She sat in the Deucalian's ( @Korvo ) former chair and noticed a fresh shipment of Whiskey making it's way over. Perfect.

"Forgive me, but before we may duel the dance of hands I need to quickly do my prep." Amur uttered to the alien. A Rodian that was just exuding confidence and was entertaining with knife tricks as he waited for a new challenger to appear. Amur then placed her left palm down on the table first slow going through the motions causing the Rodian to scoff a bit. Amur then raised the dagger and sent it plunging down into the middle of her left hand unflinching staring straight into her opponent's eyes. She then with her right hand opened a bottle of whiskey. Lifting up her mask enough to reveal her mouth she took a grand ol' swig of that elixir. The bottle made a satisfying clink as it was put back on the table and Amur pulled her mask down. She then pulled the dagger out of her hand a generous amount of blood being sacrificed to the table as her offering for the night. Amur then poured liberally some of the whiskey over her hand followed by tearing off a portion of one her dress' sleeve wrapping it around her left palm to make an improvised bandage.

Most of the pain Amur felt from day-to-day like a dull constant throbbing, an aching that never seized grinding away. This on the otherhand was exhilarating. A sharp spike that forced a new focus onto the Sith, a surge of new energy seemed to overtake Amur and the more constant pained briefly dulled being oversaturated by the sensation from her left hand. Tonight was going to be fun. Nothing mattered now anything that happened was now pure amusement.

Amur readied her left hand and the borrowed dagger, A wooziness was starting to take hold but it was also mixing with a dosage of adrenaline.

"Right! Who dares wins!"

Wait now, where was he again?

Uhtred was lying flat on his back, staring up at a multicolored ceiling while rocking back and forth like a shiver. That damned ceiling... spinning like that. Uhtred clinched his eyes shut and snickered so harshly it was like hissing escaping from his teeth. Or maybe he was just too dizzy. Wait, was he dizzy? What was it again?

"UUGPPHH!!"

Uhtred gagged viciously, inadvertently flipping his body to its side as he curled and clutched his abdomen. His stomach made a bellowing gurgle like a trash compactor, and his cheeks puffed with air, as if he felt the innate urge to hold something in... or back. Or maybe just to let it all out—it really could have been any one of those. Or all-of them. And then...

BUUUOOOORRRAAAKKK!!

Uhtred let out a tremendous belch. The air from it literally sent a burning sensation into his mouth, like it was searing him on the way out, but in the aftermath, Uhtred's abdominal pain suddenly went away. Groaning, the Deucalian flipped over until his stomach hit the ground and he pushed himself up, wobbling back to his feet.

Everything was still spinning, but he saw the shark again. Wait, shark? Sssss...

"Ssssssss", Uhtred said, vocalizing again as he pointed to Eva Stark, before trailing off into making a nonsensical 'whooshing'-sound and turning away. Ah well, he'd remember that name eventually. Or maybe he wouldn't. She was a shark—sharks don't care.

"PFFFTTT!!", Uhtred blurted out in laughter, "She thinks she's people..."

Uhtred suddenly stopped in his steps and stared ahead aimlessly. Where was he again? Wait, didn't he just ask that question? Wait... who did he ask? Did he ask? Of course he did.

"YEAH!", Uhtred said, as if confirming something in conversation. He was sure he'd asked someone... something. But who? Wait, what did he ask again? Where was he again?

"UUGPPHH!!"

Just like a blaster bolt, a sudden burning pain struck Uhtred in the belly once again, causing him to keel over, albeit while still on his feet. It was like the wind was knocked out of him, while at the same time, something was rushing and bubbling up to the surface. Maybe that-was who he had asked something about somewhere! That kriffing stomach, now it was just being a schutta to him. Well, Uhtred would teach it!

"Karking... you, I'm UHTRED! KARK--", Uhtred said, delivering a blow of his right fist... to his own bastard stomach.

Uhtred immediately stumbled over to his right side, desperately attempting to keep his footing, before...

BLANG!

Once again, Uhtred his his head on a pole, this time getting struck on the side of his temple, falling silent to the ground. For several seconds, Uhtred didn't make a single move, not a gesture, not even an uttering of noise... until he did, in the most meager of groans ever heard.

"...uuuhh... oouuhhgghh..."

She snorted, then bellowed out a laugh, letting her comrade fall back to the ground. Fair enough, looked like it was just a matter of time before the man collapsed again. She toasted his slumped form (@Korvo ) before slinging back the rest of the strange blue ale, wiping off her mouth with the back of her hand.

She grinned at the beginning stages of chaos that threatened to ensue around her new companion, Amur. And then a familiar dialect caressed her ears... one she hadn't anticipated hearing this far from any Deucalic settlements, apart from Uhtred, possibly Aeron or even Morgan. She slowly turned to a figure strikingly similar to hers, and a wide grin split on her lips.

"Well, if I wasn't having fun before, I am now. Hello there lovely, care for a drink?" She smirked slightly, icy eyes glittering as her head tilted slightly. She knew this woman... Zandrali was it? The smirk widened when it was mentioned one of those drinks was hers; she toasted the empty glass, eyes flicking between Drali and the subject of her fascination.

She knew that feeling all too well. But perhaps it was time to truly let loose. Saxon wasn't here, neither were Zavra nor anyone else she really knew enough to drink with.

The groaning Battle-Master had two companions in Morgan and Aeron. She spared both the men a sly wink as she stepped back, crooking a finger at the bartender with the smirk twisting into a saucy grin, one black brow quirked with a chuckle. "Double that, lovely. Ve are gonna need to keep 'em comin' until there are two suns rising instead of one."

She lightly nudged the woman, her voice low, amused.

"What's stopping you? She's beautiful, and the drinks are flowing." She knew that look. Perhaps Zandrali wasn't too aware of how she kept glancing over... but beneath the grin there was a glint of knowing in Skuld's eyes... and she snapped up the first shot on a tray, downing it with a roaring laugh. If droids would flinch in fear, it probably would have. Tonight was a night to party, and right now Skuld wanted to dance.

So she stepped right past the others, straight towards the dance floor. She'd had her drink, now it was time to feel the bass pounding in her chest like a second heartbeat until her thirst would bring her back to the bar. Whether anyone followed or not she hardly cared. That was at their risk, and her benefit. Already the floor was swaying, but she threw her head back and raised up her arms, a defiant smirk painted on her lips.

It took much will power not to start jumping up and down when her cousin said that Zandrali was like her BFF. Aadya was now Vesna's definition of cool, everyone else had to compete to meet that standard and she felt suddenly startled that she would introduce her to other friends she had. Grabbing her hand, Vesna was quick to follow, subtly pulling on the sides of her dress as it was entirely too short and possibly a size too small, but the teen wanted to show she was an adult, and this is what cool adults did like Aadya. She finished the rest of the drink she was holding and set it down on a passing tray balanced atop of a droid, the spice she took earlier was now kicking in, things were getting...wavy, like the drink Aadya's guy friend (@Zay) was drinking looked as though it were gasping for breathes.

The teen's eyes narrowed as she tried to decipher reality and fantasy, an echo of her name drew her back to Aadya and she smiled and waved at Aeron, "I'm Vesna!" she took the glass that Aadya handed to her, now the lip of this glass looked like it was vibrating, maybe it would make her vibrate and she smirked at her own dirty thought, she would have to tell her other girl friends that, they would all laugh too cause dick jokes were great.

As Aadya spoke to Aeron, she looked around the club, her hips slightly bouncing as her head bobbed some to the fast paced music that beat in the background. Her eyes caught Zandrali (@Darasuum) and Vesna thought she was looking at her, but with further sleuthing work, she was looking at her cousin. Vesna looked at Aadya, and then looked at Zandrali and back again to her cousin..."Ohhhh......."

Was she more than a BFF?

Her attention was interrupted and she turned to see some not!Mandalorian (@Korvo) beating himself up and she looked at her own drink and then back at Aadya, "We're not going to go coo-coo like him? Are we?" she held up the glass as though looking for spice in it.

Aeron sipped his potent tincture as Aadya and her young friend approached. His eyes delighted in hers and for a moment there may as well have been no one around. His dopey smile widened as their eyes met. It was loud in this area of the bar and when Aadya spoke he had to turn his head to hear her. With a self-deprecating chuckle, he admitted, “You’re the only one in here with the refined taste to notice.”

As Aadya introduced Vensa and the young woman seemed to perk up echoing her cousin's introduction, Aeron bowed his head saying, “Its a pleasure, I’m Aeron.”

He jerked a thumb toward the fallen Deucalian and said, “I was told this was a business trip, he neglected to tell me it wasn’t.” He punctuated his joke with a drink and started to feel the reactor core getting to work.

As if on queue Uhtred rose from the dead and managed to stumble around before accosting another pole. The gladiator shook his head and wondered if he should get the guy to a med center, but he'd seen the battle masters resilience first hand and hoped he could handle his libations without aid. Deciding, there were more than enough people concerned with the man, Aeron put his mind at ease returning his attention to the two women.

Aadya swiped a few more drinks distributing them across the group and he laughed. He thanked her for the drink as Vensa asked if Uhtred's condition was contagious and Aeron smiled reassuringly, "Be sure to drink a little water between drinks and you should be fine." He scanned the space looking for a place to take his drinks and asked, "You guys wanna grab a seat?"

He drained the rest of his mild hallucinogenic drink with a satisfied sigh and then started in on the one given to him by Aadya. Aeron placed his empty on a passing service droid and then spotted the sofa spot he and Morgan had left behind. It was still open and Aeron said, "I'm gonna head over that way, no pressure if you have other plans," he said with a coy wink he'd been taught by his roguish partner in crime.

The roller coaster had begun. Uhtred was up, then he was down again. Then he punched his own stomach, and back up, and down. A lesser man would've been out for good, but these Deucalians had something fierce pumping through their veins... aside from all the alcohol. And the drugs. And... whatever other voodoo nonsense they might take. ... Bad analogy.

Anyway, what was important, was that Uhtred might just weather this storm before the night was done. And whether or not that was a good thing remained to be seen. Morgan knew his drunks, and normally he'd say the poor bastard was out for the count. But his gut told him that with this lot, there was a chance. That's how nonsensical these people's bodies were.

Then he looked around, and saw Eva move to the dance floor, leaving the fallen drunk behind, and the girl Aeron had been eyeing approach. Arcas was many things, but an idiot wasn't one of them... Well. Not all the time, at least. Even before Mathis got a word in edgewise, the entire film had already gone down in the merc's mind, and he'd seen the situation unfolding a mile away.

As Aeron tried to lead the women to a table, though, Morgan's patented grin emerged on lips, and he gave his friend a knowing look. One that very clearly stated that he was fully aware he'd been relegated to babysitter duty. And, though that was probably not the best decision the group could've made, he wouldn't to stop his friend. Mathis really did need a breather. And besides, it was a lot more fun to have the group's straight-man owe him one, instead.

"Have I mentioned how good a pilot I am?" - the merc said, bringing the conversation back a little, to one of Mathis's earlier comments. In an instant, he'd figured out exactly how he'd be calling this chip in. He'd be getting permission to fly Aeron's ship before long, and when he did, the poor guy would be in for the ride of his life.

Naturally, before Aeron could so much as respond, Arcas, in a polite, friendly tone, which should give his friend a little scare in and of itself, continued "But I digress. You girls go and have fun." - he said, using an erudite word, and lumping Aeron in with Vesna and Aadya in his choice of pronouns, all in the same sentence - "I'll hold down the fort." With a friendly nudge to his friend's arm and a sly wink, the rogue had given his blessing. One that came with a price attached, but a blessing all the same.

Now to find a serving droid to deposit the empty glass, and to figure out a way to get Uhtred to his feet without the trigger-happy drunkard punching him in the gut.

There was plenty going on in the bar. The music was playing and the spice was definitely kicking in now. Her eyes widened a little, staring into nothing in particular as she blinked a few times. The drinks had come as she had ordered. Without even thinking she reached over and took one of them following Skuld's action with her own.

Another beverage was taken and then there was that third shot for herself which Drali waited a moment to let the second one pass first before taking on the burning spirit. If that was not enough the woman had a tankard of ale of significant size. She stared at the frothy head for a moment like a child watching popcorn being popped before a movie. Then she remembered it was there to be consumed, not watched. Taking a decent gulp she followed it with a wiped of her sleeve.

Skuld went off to go dance on the dance floor. (@Killa Ree ) There were others nearby but they had not shown much interest in her and at this point the feeling was a bit mutual. Humming the Deucalian raised a hand to her chin and stroked it like a wise man as she debated what to do next. One man seemed to be fighting himself, or unintentionally demolishing the building with one accidental impact at a time. (@Korvo )

Drali eyes drifted once again over to Aadya though this time she realized Vesna (@GABA ) had caught her looking. The Crusader just smiled and raised her free hand with a wave.

After that was out of the way her eyes drifted towards the man that was familiar. (@Zay ) What was his name? Mario, Malos, Milo, nah those are all dumb. He went by Darth Paroxide or something anyways. MOODY DUDE! That's what I called him! Her face changed to realization despite there being no words spoken aloud along with a chuckle.

Taking another long drink she made up her mind. Swaggering over to Aeron she plopped down in a seat facing him. For a moment she said nothing and stared at him with a slightly smug smile. "You're not moody enough like him."

When he said he was going to get up she spoke up again. "Keep your butt in that seat pretty boy." Opening her empty palm she held it flat between them. From it she conjured a knife. It was similar to the one the others had been using for the bladeweave game. This one however looked like obsidian with veins of purple running through it that seemed to pulse with energy. A little bit of nightsister magic was always fun. "Let's play a game. Shall I start?"

Perhaps she was just bored and looking to stir up trouble for the heck of it. Maybe she was growing a little jealous. Maybe Drali just had never really liked the guy who shared Aeron's face and now that he was dead this was as close she was going to get to messing with him any more. Whatever the case, she was here now and risking a couple of digits did not seem like such a bad deal in the moment.

Amur's knife thrashed and pounded against the table in melody with the knife of her opponent as the two started to go. Amur's vision had focused solely on her hand and the knife imagining the next position it was going to strike. The crowd was cheering them both on as the duel kept raging. The speed made the motions and striking of the knife a blur until finally the Rodian cursed as the knife peeled a bit of skin from his finger. Hearing the cheers of the crowd had sent a wave of energy through her and she knew she wanted more. Amur looked at the Rodian reach for a glass to drink. Amur raised her hand stop him a drink wasn't enough of a punishment for this sodding pisser.

"Oh no lass. You lose, you down the whole kriffin' bottle" She pushed one of the now plentiful bottles of whiskey towards the Rodian who now seemed hesitant. What a pitiful pansy! Oh come on don't be a bloody coward! Drink drink drink drink drink..." The chant to drink continued and the crowd that gathered around the table (many of them in it purely for the free booze) now joined in the peer pressure as a maddening spirit had overtaken them. The Rodian gave in as he started to drink a fresh bottle straight. The crowd continued cheering trying to get the Rodian to soldier on. Sadly despite the efforts of the Rodian he ended up spitting and choking, he dropped the bottle causing it to crash against the ground. A massive coughing fit ensued and the Rodian started to bob side to side like a pendulum gaining momentum before falling out of his chair the crowd booing him as it happened.

Some actually seemed worried for the Rodian, what a cute thing to be showing to someone who was just too weak to handle a drink. Amur now felt determined to show these people that yes you could just drink the whole bottle. Why she wanted to do that she really didn't know or care she was in the moment.

"Oi! Now before you lot git weak at the thought or think it's impossible let me show you how a real woman handles a drink. Cheer me on you wankers!" Surprisingly enough the abuse she yelled got the crowd to start cheering her on as she opened up a fresh bottle and plunged it upwards. The cheering entering her ears fueling her determination even if her lungs started to cry a bit for air. Her vision started to get wavy or she was wavy she couldn't tell at the moment. Finally after what seemed to be an inordinate(What a big word) amount of time Amur felt the last bit of whiskey swallowed. The crowd exploded as she finished the bottle.

Amur took the time to get her bearings except she couldn't. She felt like she was just inches from falling over yet at the same time in complete control causing her brain to go in circles. She then remembered she had a bottle in her hand, and now she didn't want it. Amur decided then to chuck the bottle in a random direction smiling when she heard it crash into pieces. She was about to reach for another bottle when she noticed the two knifes there... or was it one? She felt like stabbing someone with it, or just punching someone or maybe stabbing the table some more. She decided to stab the table before remembering to put her left hand, She settled for stabbing the table then punching someone.

"Righ' who fext?" She called in an almost incoherent slur, before laughing uncontrollably.

A sharp inhale came, and Uhtred's eyes shot open. His eyes watered and burned at the same time, and the noise became muffled to his ears, as if he were hearing from underwater or underground. Lights of various colors still flashed, but they were more muted now... or perhaps that was just because he was staring at the floor. Damned floor.

"...mmhhbbbmm... kark you... fwhoor...", Uhtred barely managed to gurgle out, with his mouth still flat on the ground.

With his right arm, Uhtred attempted to use his hand as leverage to push himself up, but his hand kept slipping on something... that or his aim was so bad he was literally missing the ground. Even so, a sharp pain ran through his head, starting from his eyes and what felt like down the top of his head until it reached the back... and bantha tits, did it hurt like a motherkarker.

It was like someone had jabbed a vibro-knife through his eye. Uhtred's mouth gaped open as the pain surged, hitting him in waves of intensity until it died down, just enough, where he could try and move again. His entire head felt... clogged, not like congestion, but a similar enough sensation.

Finally, Uhtred managed to push himself up to his knees, and rose his head as carefully as he could. His head rocked as everything around him seemed to get slightly bigger and smaller again, slightly blurry and slightly clearer. Then again, he was randomly squinting at something... or everything. Or nothing? That kark was he looking at, anyway?

"...blrrggg... ..brrfuuugg..."

Uhtred's body jerked as he clutched his body in its gags. Oh, Svartur's burning arsehole, something was coming. He could really feel it now, like something was sucking the air out of him, inwardly, while at the same time making him feel like he was constantly being punched in the lower gut.

"...uuuugghh!"

Again.

"...brrruuukkk..."

And again.

"UURRROOGGGG!!!"

And again, after that. It felt like a hammer was striking his stomach.

There was nowhere for him to karking go. The more he resisted, the dizzier he felt, the more the lights seemed to flashing, and everything spinning. His mouth gaped open, wider and wider. Did that actually help? Why was he doing that? Wait... what was happening to him aga--

"BUUURRROGGG!!"

Kriff, that's right.

Uhtred's stomach sounded like a rotary engine, churning, grinding and about ready to blow. A hot sensation hit his stomach and foul air... well, fouler-air gushed from his gullet. And in what felt like his last moments, saw a place of salvation, beckoning him with open arms. Well, if it had arms. Or a body. Or was even alive.

Uhtred ran, or rather, tumbled over to the pot of a dead plant. If nothing else, than on pure luck alone, his head fell over and landed right inside its wide gape, with Uhtred's head uncomfortably hanging inside it. And then, just like that... the gurgling of his belly ceased.

A moment passed and Uhtred began to realize he couldn't see anything now. Why couldn't he see anything? Why was it all so dark? Come to think of it, where the hell was h--

"BUUUOOORRRRRHHHHGGGG!!!"

It was like a supernova went off in his abdomen as the burning sensation returned with a fury. Uhtred's mind went entirely blank as he vomited everything he had into the empty plant pot, allowing his body to go limp over the side of it. He made pitiful moans and groans, but it all came out as bizarre echoes from the now not-so-empty plant pot.

With all the social unrest in Galactic City in the wake of the "Fall of Korriban", many public officials had made the prudent decision to relocate their families away from major population centers. When asked by her father where she might like to wait out the possible upheaval, Kat Solari jumped at the chance to see just what the hubub was about Zeltros.

And so it was, on her third night on the "party planet", that the young woman found herself in a brand new dress, walking through the front door of the Purple Palace. The first thing that hit her as she stepped past the aggitated bouncer was the colors; every light and surface inside the club seemed designed to mute colors in general, but to still allow particularly vibrant shades to pop all the same. The results were enchanting, just like the heady perfume of pheromones that filled the air, making every color and sound ten times more exciting.

In the midst of it all, the Human felt a bit overwhelmed as she finally understood why her Zeltron roommate in University used to complain that no party could match a Zeltron party. Sure, there was the dance-floor which extended to the stage, controlled by a particularly hunky DJ on a balcony, there were a number of tables and couches and stools, many of which were occupied, one of which by a huge group of people playing some sort of game involving whiskey, knives and punching.

Deciding to give that group a wide berth, Kat made her way to the bar and ordered herself a tall mojito to sip on while she tried to decide who to talk to, and hoped that someone might just approach her instead. Just hopefully someone more sober then the man in the corner, losing his guts in a potted plant...
