Trials of the Warrior
PvP Tourney for members of the Mandalorian Dominion

With the death of Mand'alor Prudii Kyramud, the rise of Mand'alor Talia Al'saif, and the strengthening of the Dominions sovereignty within the galaxy, Prime Minister Veryc Almec has deemed it prudent to test the warriors and soldiers of the dominion before they find themselves on the field of battle. Declaring a grand tournament, the Trials of the Warrior, the soldiers of the Dominion are called from far and wide to test their mettle against that of their brethren. Surely there could be no greater test.

This will be no ordinary tournament. Foregoing the usual use of brackets, the Dominion shall instead use a lottery system, to simulate the randomness of war. A challenger and a defender shall be selected, with the challenger choosing the mode of combat, whether that be starfighters, full arms and armor, blades, or nothing but the weapons gifted by nature. Their choices are not limited to merely these, but whatever their imagination can come up with. The defender shall choose the arena of battle, a simple battle square, the mountains of Mandalore, the thick jungles of Concordia or the sandy deserts of Tatooine, the options are limitless.

The tournament is open to all members of the Mandalorian Dominion, minus those of the ranks Mand'alor, Prime Minister, and Protector. The grand prize for the final champion is an immediate promotion to the rank of Commando Caption, as the prowess shown within the tourney surely indicates the capability to lead.

The Trials of the Warrior tourney is no death, but will allow for near death fights, as to simulate the reality of pvp. Full medical crews are on standby and will provide any necessary first aid, emergency medical attention, or prosthetic limb/organ replacement, at the end of the match.

Trials of the Warrior: Round 2
PvP Tourney for members of the Mandalorian Dominion

With the first round of the Trials of the Warrior coming to a close, the combatants have had time to heal their wounds and prepare for the next round of glorious combat. The initial duels were very reminiscent of the traditional Mandalorian Battle Circle where two warriors facing against each other with a choice of weapons and their skills as warriors. Now, the second round of combat will be unlike the first, as instead of several brackets of 1v1 fights, round two will be composed of two 3 combatant free-for-alls. These free-for-alls will push these hardened Mandalorian warriors to their limits as they now have to consider an additional warrior to contend with. The only rules are that you cannot kill your opponenets, and that there can only be one victor. After all, these trials are designed to temper the warriors of the Dominion and test them against each other, not to kill your brothers and sisters. Fight to bring glory and honor to yourself, your clan, your house, and to Mand'alor. Do not make our leader ashamed of what she will see; make her be proud to call us her warriors!

Combatant #1 will choose the weaponry, Combatant #2 will choose the armor, and Combatant #3 will choose the location of the battle, the only limitations being that weapons have to be handheld, armor has to be worn on the person, and the location has to be within Dominion space. Remember to abide fairly by the terms set by those in the combat with you.

The Manaan rules will be strictly followed for these fights to prevent them from getting bogged down or abandoned.
