Mission Name: Poisoned Bait
Location: Corellian Run Hyperspace Lane
Details: Estarra Star Mapping has a long history of having peaceful, uneventful journeys for its employees. Unfortunately, repeated pirate attacks have started to cause problems for that reputation. With four of our vessels having been attacked and gone missing, its time we turn the tides. Your team will man one of our CR90 mapping Corvettes and patiently await the Pirate raid.
Objective: Await the pirate raid. When they board, kill all the attackers.
Payment: 21,000c each.
Participants: Jaz Corban & Gideon Lewis
Additional Notes: If possible, get information regarding the size, scope, and location of their operation.

So pirates were becoming a nuisance raiding along what should have been a uneventful trip for the Estarra Star Mapping, and so they wanted somebody to deal with the problem by one easy way, which was kill them all but there was something that they could do during the mission and that was gather any information about the whole operation, like where they were based, how many ships and crew were involved and maybe even who was the big boss of the pirate group.

So to achieve that aim two members of cartel were to take a mapping corvette and travel down the lane and deal with the pirates, and the two who chose to do this task was a pink armoured prospect called Jaz Corban and a cyborg of sorts called Gideon Lewis.

"..."Now it would have be useful if one of the two were you know somewhat trained in flying anything bigger than a starfighter, but apparently the red head idiot only signed himself up for fighter pilot training when he was in the GA military as Jaz was staring intently at the flight controls making sure that he didn't accidently tilt the corvette too far over which would cause it do a barrel roll but of course he wasn't going to do anything stupid like that

"Hey I don't think I managed to catch your name, my name's Jaz Corban ex GA pilot of the 112th mynock squadron"Jaz said looking over his shoulder for a few moments before he went back to concentrate on flying the craft which he had little to no experience in flying, he was wearing his hot pink stormtrooper armour, his helmet hanging off is belt, on the left and his E-11 blaster on the right.

Crimson; the color of blood. It was only a matter of time before he was bathed in it, something that Gideon hadn't experienced for quite some time. But alas, the time had come for the barely human warrior to get his hands dirty for the Cartel and it hadn't required much provocation. He'd simply skimmed through the mission directory searching for one particular word... Kill. When he'd come across the mission dubbed "Poisoned Bait" and found that lone word within the briefing, he submitted his request to be assigned to it. No time was taken to read the entirety of the log, all he knew was that he would be riding in a vessel and being given the opportunity to law waste to someone whom had a date with death. He would be the man to send them to face whatever fates awaited them in the after-life... Gideon would be their merchant of death. What more was there to know. He was there to murder, maim, and massacre... surely, the others would be more interested in the finer details that the mission called for. Because, in all honesty They held little interest to the menace that Gideon had become over the past year or two.

Sitting within the confines of the corvette that would be carrying them to wherever the hell they were going, Gideon heard the man dressed in pink armor address him. Providing his name and former affiliations. A small huff escaped him as he gazed out of the corner of his eyes towards the man who called himself Jaz, finding it nearly impossible to take anything that the man serious due to his choice in wardrobe. Though, in order to maintain a working relationship with the man Gideon managed to squeeze out what little small talk he could. It wasn't much, direct and to the point... similar to how Gideon did most things.

"Gideon Lewis, traitor to the Blackguard." Said the warrior with a no-nonsense tone.​

With his helmet sat beside him, Gideon's grotesque appearance was on full display. The various hoses and wires that tied his brain into the workings of the body that he played host to were all visible and prominent. His armor had a nice luster to it, showing signs of a recent cleaning and polish. On his person, the man carried a wide assortment of weaponry. Along his lowerback, twin shotos could be seen housed within their sheaths. Each shoulder-blade held a weapon, katana upon his right and the 'Thunderbolt' upon his left... It was obvious that he'd come for a fight and was itching for the chance to see the sanguine liquid flow upon this day.

In an attempt to save himself from making any further enemies, Gideon decided to further the line of communication between him and the pink trooper whom had taken the helm.

"So... what's the game plan?" Gideon asked, with a tone that seemed forced and somewhat foreign to him.​

The blackguard traitor uh..I can't say I've heard of the group before Jaz thought to himself as he nodded his head in acknowledgement to the man's..introduction, focusing once more on the task of flying the corvette..which Jaz had hardly any training on piloting but no matter it was flying straight and that was all the starfighter pilot cared about..as he knew that the corvette didn't have any weapons at all except for it's speed..but the point in the mission was to deal with the pirates.

So... what's the game plan? a question to something Jaz hadn't really thought about after all they just had to wait for some pirates to arrive, threaten them and try to take their ship over so there really wasn't much choice of how they could go around to do the task

"Well it's rather simple to be honest, we just need to fly around until the pirate group finds us and then when they board us we kill them all except for their leader, and as for the leader of the group we'll just force the guy or lady to tell us what we need under threat of a few broken bones"Jaz answered looking at the man smiling sighing quietly to himself as that really was a crap plan altogether
