HUTT CARTEL - KESSEL DECLARATION
Following the attack on Kessel, the Supreme Mogul of the Clans Oyabun Nor'baal of the House Desilijic issues the following proclamation, in light of the breaking of the Cantonica Concordate:
<Let it be known that, to the commander of the defence of Kessel, upon the occasion of their absolute and total victory over the hostile invaders, the position of Daimyo over the fife shall be granted to their clan. All tithes associated with the position shall remain payable to the Supreme Mogul, and the position of Daimyo shall be considered exempt from the standing requirement that a Hutt holds such a title.>
<Further, to all those who aid in the defence, a bounty of 5,000 Cr shall be bestowed for each and every hostile invader slain in battle. This bounty shall be doubled should each and every invader be slain and their remains displayed on the walls of the Kessel Palace for the next three months.>
<Finally, a position on the Hutt Council shall be afforded to the Syndicate Member that renders the Imperial Government Center on Raxus to ash and shows the weak-willed traitors of the Imperial thugs the price for breaking an agreement with the Clans.>
