How to update your Character?

Hello! I have a question on how updating character profiles works. I am not quite sure if this is a super obvious task, but I can't figure out how to update my character to where they pop up at the top of the forum as a new character would. I have added a lot to her Bio, and her personality, but she is still waaay down there. Is there a special button I am supposed to press, that I just keep missing?
And finally, if this is not an existent feature, then dang. I could have sworn there was. :oops:

It's a nonexistent feature. The only way a character sheet gets bumped back to the top is if there are any new posts.

I'll explain in a few simple steps:

• You sign up your character for the Republic
• A Republic AFL takes note of your application and reads your profile
• Said AFL will post something in your CS-thread, causing it to go to top.
• You enjoy your membership of the #1 main faction.

• The worst Sith AFL (obvi @Deviant) takes note of your application and reads your profile
• Said AFL will post something in your CS-thread, causing it to go to top.
• You enjoy your membership of the #1 main faction.

The PC boards, actually all boards, sort threads by date. Most recent posts on the top. Edits to existing posts don't count, so basically you need a new comment on your PC. Just bump your thread with a new post. Something like, updated profile, xyz changes added.

On a serious note, don't bump your CP just to bump it.

But Yes, I plan to respect the forums and not abuse the secret of forum bumping. Thank you for letting me know.

What i do is when i make a change/addition to my CPs i make a comment stating those changes.

I.E. changed profile picture, expanded personality description, fixed theme song hyperlink, removed gear listing and moved to player workshop thread.


That kind of stuff. That way if anyone wabts to know what you changed you have a record and if people are following/watching your CP cuz you made such a dope CP then they can stay on top of it.
