"Ni mar'eyir eru'ir be ibic meyu nuh'la, nuhunla, at cuyir ori'haat." The Zabrak said with a chuckle to his comrade as they walked through the sketchy streets of Nar Shaddaa's downtown. He had been in the area on more than one occasion and actually recognised a few of the seedy bars and other establishments they walked past. The Bounty Hunter's Guild was having trouble with one of their members leaving a trail of too many innocent bodies in his wake which was causing them a lot of trouble. And what better people to hunt down a troublesome bounty hunter than two Mandalorians?

Their target was in a bar not too far from their current location, and most likely drunk if his record was anything to go by. Hopefully he stayed that way and made the job easier for them. Sumas was clad in his black and red Beskar'gam and his hands were idly resting on the grips of his two pistols. This guy was dangerous, and Sumas had no desire to go walking around in these slums without his gear.

They reached the bar and entered, the bouncer simply gave them a look and let them pass without any issue. It was a simple layout. The bar was on the other side of the room and tables stood around with booths lining the walls. In the far left corner was a door that led to the kitchen with another door that led to the alley behind the building. Their target was sitting by one of the booths, chatting up some girl that looked like she was about to break his nose.

"Gar copaanir at otira norac at ara'novor kaysh gurire! ra hwa Ni?" he asked his comrade as he looked the place over for any other ways the man could evade the two hunters.

He was happy to take this job. Recently Koil had just been making himself busy once again to not have to deal with the pain that came with an unchangeable situation.

This specific job rang within the Silent Badger's core. His family had been killed by over zealous bounty hunters. Not his mandalorian family, but his original biological family. He thought he had gotten over it long ago thanks to the help of Wyatt Solus, also known as Angry Badger. The two had gone to Randon, where his parents had died and as an adult took care of a particularly corrupt bounty.

Apparently that sort of thing still stuck with him. Thankfully he was always wearing his helmet. Nobody, save for perhaps two people in the Mandalorians knew really what he looked like.

Sumas was making a joke or something. But Koil was not really listening as they walked down the street. The crimson eyes behind his V slit visor scanned the street ahead and behind them from time time. Even though they were not there yet Koil was always sure to look out for threats, especially this far into Hutt territory. The Mandalorians still had a hold on the planet but the criminal underworld had a presence that was not to be underestimated. As far as they were concerned they were just two badgers in a concrete jungle filled with other beasts.

As they got close to the bar Koil scanned the bar. The hair on the back of his neck rose. Something was off. Too many eyes were on them as they entered the door. Then a blaster bolt struck him in the chest.

It was an ambush. Somehow the bounty hunter they were hunting knew that the Bounty Hunters Guild was not pleased with him and had probably leaking information of his whereabouts. So the War Councilor ended up getting shot in the chest with a medium blaster bolt. He tried ducking to the side but only protected him from any follow up shots, not the initial one.

More blaster bolts shot towards the doorway they had been standing in. The man slaughtering bounty hunter had some mates it seemed. Each of them probably as tough as he was. This was going to be far more difficult than he had expected. "Who gave you this bloody intel?" The Mandalorian growled as he draw his quickdraw blasters with a pained grunt.

[Sumas Solus]

A shot rang out and hit Koil in the chest. Sumas ducked down and tipped a table over to create some cover. He drew a pistol with a scowl behind his T-visor. "talyc Satka!" he shouted back and looked over the table to get a lay of the land. 5 thugs along with their target, all armed and dangerous. He quickly ducked down as a couple shots came his way.

"Rayshe'a digiryav. Ni malyasa'yr hiibir t'ad bat ba'slanar." he spoke over their commlink channel and drew his second pistol.

He leaned over his cover and took aim, firing 4 rounds in rapid succession and hitting both his intended opponents centre mass. They both went down, but not before one fired off a couple rounds wildly and hit the Zabrak on the left of his chest and his left shoulder. If it weren't for his armour he would be dead already. With a grunt fell back behind his cover, clenching his jaw as the heat burned his skin. It wasn't the first time he was shot, but it never was a pleasant experience.

Their target was confident that he could win. They had just shot two Mandalorians...but the sudden loss of two fighters wasn't a good sign for them. The bounty hunter looked at the two dead men and moved one table over, closer to the back exit.

[Koil Solus]

Koil was still outside. He had fallen back around the outer edge of the doorway leaving Sumas alone inside the actual building. He heard his response but it did not help much. There may be a leak in the Bounty Hunters Guild or some other shenanigans in play. After this, Koil would get to the bottom of it.

A pained grunt and wince from inside his helmet came as he turned a little to pull out an adhesive grenade. He did not want their target to get away or have the advantage of mobility inside an area he had only received a glimpse of. Priming the grenade he activated it and held it for one second and then launched it around the corner.

It soared through the air and then rolled. Neither the main target nor his nearest buddy seemed to pay it any mind. The adhesive grenade triggered and the area around the target and his cohort was covered in the sticky substance. They stumbled and immediatly struggled to keep their balance since the surface of their clothes and everything around them was caked in the sticky adhesive.

[Sumas Solus]

An adhesive grenade flew past Sumas and a second or two later the sound of it exploding could be heard. Sumas peeked out and noticed that two were still free from the grenade's grasp. That was his window to move. He dodged as one man's bolts came at him but his gun fell quiet, either jammed or out of ammo. The man threw it aside and pulled a knife, charging at the Zabrak.

Sumas stood fast and extended a wrist blade to parry the attacker. The knife came and he parried it safely past him then lowered his head, slammed forward and impaled the man on the horns of his helmet. He held the man up and used him as a bolt sponge before throwing him out of the way to to get a shot on the last one. He ran to the left as he fired a stream of 4 bolts at the last man. He stumbled back and collapsed over a table behind him as all 4 shots hit home.

Sumas flipped another table and took cover as the target and his last comrade fired at him. "Etie jinr cuyir bat ni. Gar ganar a utreyar saca, Al'verde." he radioed in over their comm channel, peeking out for a split second again to keep their eyes on him and not his commanding officer still outside the club.

It did not matter how cool you were or how many times you got hit. Getting shot even with the protection of armor hurt. Thankfully Koil knew what to do with the pain. Adrenaline was pumping through his body. Natural pain killers distributing through his body to fight the difficult situation.

Getting to his feet Silent Badger moved into the room where Sumas had originally taken cover behind. A single desperate blaster bolt from their target and the remaining good covering him missed the War Councilor as he moved in. Popping up, Koil fired his quickdraw blaster into the thug. His body falling to the ground before ducking back into cover.

It was times like this that Koil wished he had a stun setting on his blaster. The Bounty Hunter was no good to the two mandalorians dead. They needed to take him alive to get the pay out and also so that proper justice could be served. There was more than one reason why Silent Badger's armor was black.

[Sumas Solus]

Silent Badger swooped in and gunned the last thug down as he hid behind Sumas' previous cover. Sumas couldn't help but notice just how little of the table still remained with all the blaster scorch marks covering almost every inch of it. His attention was back on the bounty hunter who was attempting to break free from the adhesive grenade. Sumas had a perfect shot to take him down, but the Guild's orders made a point about keeping the man alive.

He holstered his pistols, activated his shock boxing gloves and with a press of a button his jump boots powered up. He blasted through the air as the man still attempted to break loose...but his attention quickly shifted to the Zabrak. He levelled his right arm with Sumas and a shock wave erupted from his wrist. He had no chance to react as he flew right into the Repulsor's shot. Coupled with his jump boots suddenly shifting forward and facing the opposite direction he was blown right back behind his cover and slammed into the floor on his back.

With a groan Sumas scrammed to cover himself properly behind his table before a stream of bolts could hit him. His back and chest took a beating between the Repulsor and falling to the floor, not to mention he might have looked like a complete idiot in that moment, but at least the target wasn't going anywhere so they still had time. Only now his lungs were cursing him with every breath.

The table had been whittled down quite a bit since it had been overturned. Koil also knew his equipment well enough and knew that the adhesive grenade was a short lived effect. The Bounty Hunter target was probably going to be free soon. The woosh of Sumas was audible as he was thrown back after trying to charge the man.

"Stop this! We know what you did. You're not helping your case. You're just adding more to the existing charges against you!" He said from behind cover. Reaching to his left gauntlet he activated his gauntlet bulwark shield. The man would know where he was now if he did not already. With little options for cover he wanted to make sure he was protected with as much between him and the enemy as possible. The pain was just starting to go away thanks to the flooding adrenaline and natural chemicals his body made. Koil had been through far tougher situations than this with much less.

The target would respond and this time with actual words though they were devoid of remorse. "You're karking right I did what they said about me. Nobody tells me what to do. All those people I roughed up, they got off easy. Those I took down got what they deserved. I don't need some over hyped metal head telling me what's right. You deserve to get blasted the same as the rest of them."

[Sumas Solus]

Still trying to get his breath back Sumas sat upright against his table. He drew his pistols as he listened to Koil getting a confession out of the guy. This guy had issues to say the least, having that little remorse for the lives of others. He wanted to just pop the guy and be done with it but that wasn't his call. So instead he holstered his Westars and flipped the switches of his gloves to prime them up. On a normal person it would most likely knock a person out, but this guy he wasn't so sure about.

Just as the man finished Sumas vaulted over his cover and charged at the man. The distance was risky, but he didn't care in that moment. He wanted to deck that guy with everything he got and he would do that, by thunder! The criminal raised his pistol and fired at Sumas' head, who ducked to try and avoid but was a little late. The shot scraped along the top of his helmet and shot a horn off his helmet, making him recoil as he charged. When he reached him, Sumas grabbed hold and broke his gun wrist, before sucker punching the man in the gut. The man dropped the pistol and fell to the floor, but wasn't out quite yet. Sumas stumbled back but held his footing, only now he was cussing all the way as his head was spinning and throbbing from the shot. He stumbled back over to the bounty hunter who was still trying to get up in his weakened state...but was knocked out as Sumas decked him with a blow to the jaw.

"The next person to shoot me gets shot into the next system." he grumbled as he switched off his gloves and took off his helmet to get some relief from the shot. He extended a wrist blade and destroyed the repulsor then looked to Koil and gave a sigh of relief, glad the job was finally done. "Should I go look for a trolley or are we dragging him?" he asked the man as he looked back down to the large figure of the bounty hunter passed out on the floor.

Koil was busy trying to think of the best way to manuever around the cantina to take down the target but before he knew it Sumas was already up and trying again to take the Bounty Hunter down in a melee. Standing up he got closer to potentially step in in case he had had issues. But Sumas was able to take the man down well enough and just in time for the adhesive grenad'ees affects to wear off.

Giving the man a pat down Silent Badger made sure there were no remaining weapons or tools he could use to try to get away. "You tell me. I'm not carrying him." If Sumas felt like dragging the man on his own he was welcome to but Koil was not about to drag a hundred kilos through the streets if he could avoid it.

A slam came in from the back door making the War Councilor's head whip to face it. Behind Sumas and their quarry was some hoodlum raising a blaster. "DOWN!" He yelled while he raised his own blaster pistol. Depressing the trigger shots raced through the air and hit the thug. But he managed to squeeze off a shot that glanced off of his right thigh. Looking down he saw the smoking mark there but at least it had not damaged his leg to the same extent the shot to the chest had been. "I think his backup has arrived. We should get out of here before more come."

[Sumas Solus]

Sumas laughed at the man's comment. "Well, neither am I. Guess I'll go find something to cart him away with." he explained then looked around a bit. The bar would most likely have something for when they get stock in.

The sound of the back door slamming open made him perk up and when Koil shouted for him to duck he didn't hesitate for a moment. As Koil fired Sumas slid his helmet back on and drew his pistols. The first man dropped but grazed Koil across the thigh, thankfully it wasn't too serious. He mentioned that they should escape just as Sumas spotted a hoverpad behind the dead shooter. "Yeah, definitely. I'm gonna get that thing, cover me!" he spoke over his shoulder and scrammed to the door. Both pistols were at the ready in case of any more of them.

Sure enough as he entered the back room a flurry of blaster fire erupted through the hallway. He dropped to one knee and plunged two rounds into one of the 3 shooters who dropped to the floor instantly. Not wanting to try and duke it out like a tank he grabbed the hoverpad and pulled it back to the bounty hunter. Once there he struggled but got the man on the trolley and drew his pistols again. "Alright, which way?" he asked as he looked at both the front and back exit for any surprises for them.
