STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Strengths- Looks like a simple Protocol Droid thus often allowed into areas that people aren't allowed into. He can be repaired without any permanent damage, exception is the damaging or destruction of his memory core. Highly Resistant to the Force.*

Weaknesses- Though he's more agile then most other HK droids he still lacks in the area when it comes to close range combat.

HMWR-77- A second Carbine pistol that is set for mainly rapid fire capabilities.
AT-712 Assassin Sniper Rifle- A specially modded sniper rifle that allows for six shots back to back before it over heats.
Yaslamiri Plate Armor- His armor is equipped with several different elements. On the outer most layer there is an inch of Cortosis weave to protect himself from Light Sabers, and on the bottom most layer there is a milimeter of Yaslamiri flesh and bone that causes him to be highly resistant to the force.
Saber Bound Arm- His right arm is designed in a different style then his left and from other HK droids. At the elbow it can turn in 360 degrees and has a ball joint which allows it to go behind him. The arm is also more heavily armored to protect the saber unit that is hidden inside to be extracted at any given moment in battle for close range combat or combat against a Jedi. He is programmed in the most basic forms of combat and is extremely efficient in killing Jedi with their own weapons.
Matrix Generation shield- The shield itself regenerates rapidly depending on the damage to Hk-55 but when active it can reflect weaker blaster shots and resist light-sabers for a few seconds before dying out, it is highly resistant against blaster bolts and physical weapons.

PERSONALITY:
The memory core of Hk-55 isn't one to be messed with. Droid or no, he is one of the most murderous entities in the universe. He is extremely racist against non-droids. For example, he refers to Sentient beings (such as Humans) as Squishy, Meat Bags, Organic, and slushy. Hk sees himself as high royalty when comparing himself to a Human. When racially singled out (as a rust bucket, trash compactor, .etc.) he often jumps to drawing his weapon on who ever calls him it and blasts a nice sized hole through them.
Although racially bias, he still has a love for certain humans. Particularly the ones who possess extremely evil deeds. But when it all comes down to it, he hates Sith, Jedi, and anyone who is associated to them. This doesn't stop him from taking contracts from either side to rid of a special agent on the other side. His greatest personality feat has to be his unlimited supply of insults.
HISTORY:
It is unknown how many years HK-55 has been inactive. Once it was part of the Ebon Claw, a droid that was lead by Matron Adena. But even so it went back further then that. Some time in the old republic Ages there was an underground Corporation known as Cystech. The corp. was developing the perfect assassins droid, the only one of its kind, one that could master the art of a light-saber though a learning protocol and through training programs installed in his memory core, one that could kill Jedi and Sith alike. He was superior to any HK droid of the time and it's most arguably that he still is.
Upon his finish, Hk-55, activated his assassination protocol before he was restricted to. In an hour smoke and flames could be seen from deep down to Nar Shadda's core. On a further investigation done by specialists it was noted that not a single person was alive. Video footage was never recovered and it was said that it could of possibly been a jedi raide on the building from the saber wounds. Before 55 left he was equip with a Matrix Generation shield. The shield acted as if it was a weaker version of a light saber, it could stop light sabers for a short time and could reflect bolts back before it was damaged to the point of deactivating and recharging.
Some time ago he was forced to deactivate. The reasons why were unknown, where he was for such a long time had never been uncovered. He was scavenged by mercs and was soon transported to Tatooine. On the planet the mercs sold him over to Jawa's who were raided by Sand people who left the droid to the side for many years. A question had aroused all, can droids dream? Or was it simply a tiny spark that allowed them to control less then a percent of their body in deactivation? For Hk-55 it was a simple answer, and that answer was driven by slaughter. How he overrode the deactivation was unclear, but it was positive that he had control of his entire body. And what a surprise there was when he re-activated, he was surrounded by crates labeled Cystech, and it made him angry.
Sand people are one of the most mysterious races in the dune sea. Their language is hardly known, their culture seems primitive and barbaric yet they sometimes show their intelligence and compassion. But even Hk-55 wasn't sure if they understood his first words to his capturers, "Statement: Kneel down before me squishy meat bags and kiss my shiny metal ass."
Screams ruined such a quiet night...
Upon one fine afternoon a small business that was owned by Cystech was visited by a rusty HK droid. The droid said three things to the man in charge, the first, "Statement: I am in need of repair . . . Query: This is a Cystech owned building correct? . . . Negotiation: Then you will be payed upon the fixing of this droid unit, you will be paid according to how crafty you fix and finish this unit." The operation took a week but when it was done Hk-55 was advanced even further then before. He had over 400 programs installed to better his current systems such as targeting, reflexes, etc. And he was further upgraded with 3,000 more languages to add to the 5,000 he already knew. The final fitting was a blood red paint job that fit the already evil nature of the droid.
Statement: Assassination protocol engaged.
The shop owner dropped his gaze from the droid and expected a painful death. "Request: Give me a target, I shall rid of them for you and conclude the payment I owe you for repairs and upgrades." The shop owner had many grudges, but he knew of one that wrecked his shop several times. It was a Zabrak and his gang of 'goons'. He told the droid of the targets name and usual location, then watched the droid leave.
A matter of thirty minutes of searching and the Hk droid found the location, and as he strolled down a lane lined with destroyed war droids and shattered protocol droids the isle filled with chatter. "Look what we've got here boys," said the obvious leader of the gang, he was as the description matched, tall, skinny yet lined with muscle, and cocky, "A protocol droid."
"Statement: I want something from you."
The Zabraks lackies all tittered with laughter as they surrounded the Droid. He spoke again, "And what would that be?"
"Condescending Riposte: Blood."
Everything happened in a flash. The droids right arm had bent backwards after drawing a weapon from a leg holster and hit the gang members behind him, it swiveled around blasting each and every one of the members skipping over the Zabrak and continued to the left taking out all of his minions. The Iridonian scampered backwards, "What the fuck are you?!"
"Rejoined Statement: I fear for your intelligence protocol, I am a droid. Prejudice set to maximum."
HK-55 moved forward swifter then the Iridonian had ever seen a droid move, and before his eyes the DX blaster was pinned to his forehead and light was radiating from its barrel. Sixteen shots later the red light stopped pulsing from the alleyway, "Statement: Congratulations Meat Bag, you've successfully been turned into blaster fodder."
The shop owner heard of the brutal murders of the gang, he also heard of a ship that was high-jacked some 30 seconds after it landed and left the planet. The ship was tracked down somewhere along Coruscant, what happened to HK-55 was a story just waiting to be told...
