It was dead silent on the farm, and the Mandalorians prowled the fields under the cover of the night. It was well past 0200, and Levi was not feeling even the least bit tired, having slept enough on the ride to Mandalore. He'd only been planet-side for about 12 hours and was somehow engaged in a mission helping out a War Councilor. All he'd expected to happen when he came back home was a reunion with his parents and then a week spent in various cantinas just enjoying the presence of Mandalorians—still, this was 100 times better.

He was armed with a generic rifle and pistol combo, armor the same one that he barged in on Koil's meeting in. It was mostly black and thus blended in well at night, but the Councilor was damn near impossible to spot with his armorweave. Straining his eyes to see Koil, Levi instead noted an approaching hovertruck making its way down the country road over to the main shack on the farm.

"Got visual on the enemy convoy," he murmured into the comms simply and then slithered closer to where the truck would stop, mindful to remain undetected.

THEME
Koil had made sure that the lights around the farm looked a little darker and spread out than it had before. It would not give away the fact that things were apart from the norm but he wanted to make it more difficult on the enemy to spot Levi or himself.

Out in the field he stayed low. He moved away from his partner in this as the hover truck came close. The mandalorian watched it intently for a moment before looking around at everything else that was in sight. No other movement of possible raiders trying to close on the farm from more than one direction. They were not expecting anything other than a scared farmer and probably a disappointing tribute.

Archie, he was somewhere else out in the tall grass. His dire badger had come along for this mission. The animal was a dear friend and the War Councilor felt he did not get out enough. Hopefully tearing into some of the bandits would be enough for the dire badger. His was not nearly as difficult to see as Koil's armor. However it was still lost in the grass and it blended in specifically with the grass fairly well. Even Koil did not try to keep an eye on him.

As the truck closed on the farm he checked his dirk pistol. The solid projectile weapon would be pretty nasty. But it would not run the risk of adding light to the area as much as a blaster bolt would. In his off hand he held a thermal detonator and readied it in case. In his crouch walk he stopped once he was within chucking distance of where he expected the truck to stop.
