FORCE SENSITIVE: Hemlock is Force sensitive and has started training at the Jedi Temple.
APPEARANCE:
Hemlock is 5'8", slim built, long brunette hair and bright green eyes. Wears traditional padawan clothing but with grey boots. Has small scars on her left arm from previous injuries and has her left little finger missing.
ATTRIBUTES:
Weaknesses: Hemlock can act impulsively without thinking things through on occasion. She has her little finger missing on her left hand which hinders her grip ability. She is not very physically strong. Her left arm is slightly weaker than her right arm. She can lose focus when she gets lost in the moment and she sometimes lets her emotions take over.
Strengths: She is very intelligent and cunning. She is very agile and can jump higher than an average padawan of her age. Her hearing and eyesight is impeccable and above average. She has very high intuition and an incredible judgement of character. She is very charismatic and a good leader of others her age. She is a quick learner when she tries.
PERSONALITY:
Hemlock can be impatient and has a bit of a temper which is getting better with training. She can be defiant at times if she thinks she is right or particularly does not want to do something. She is very immature. However, she is kindhearted and caring. She is very easy to get along with and is polite to everyone. She is very passionate about becoming a Jedi Knight and tries hard. She is very forgiving. She always admits when she is wrong and apologizes. She can get easily distracted at times when she is supposed to be meditating or training.
BIOGRAPHY:
Hemlock was born to human slave parents on Tatooine. Her parents wanted a better life for her than the ones they lived so they escaped their master one night and boarded a ship on its way to Coruscant. They hid in the cargo hold until the ship landed and then sneaked out with baby Hemlock to start their lives in the city. Her father won a bet in a bar one night and used his winnings to build a comfortable life for Hemlock and her mother. They were very loving and caring parents and Hemlock's life seemed perfectly happy. Hemlock was always a gifted child and developed earlier than most children around her. Her mother stayed at home to look after her and her father built and sold droids to assist people in their business.
When Hemlock was 11 a greedy slave master from Tatooine visited Coruscant and spotted some of the droids that Hemlock's father built and was interested in purchasing one. When he visited Hemlock's home to meet her father he unfortunately recognized him as an escaped slave and a fight broke out as he tried to alert others to take the family back to Tatooine. The slave master's friends stormed in to assist him in the kidnap and Hemlock's parents screamed at her to run. She slid out of the window in her room and climbed to the roof where she proceeded to run from rooftop to rooftop to avoid capture. She hid inside a water tank until it got dark. Upon return to her family home she discovered it had been burnt down and her parents remains were inside. She ran away with no possessions left in the world but the clothes on her back.
After sleeping rough for a couple of nights she wandered into a restaurant where she hoped to get some food. The owner was aggressive and beat her before throwing her out. She attempted to break into the restaurant after closing and steal food as revenge but the owner was still in there intoxicated and he tried to attack her with a knife resulting in her loss of her little finger on her left hand and damage to her left arm. Hemlock ran into the street outside bleeding and wounded she spotted two kindly looking men in robes walking on the other side of the street and she cried out for help before collapsing to the floor and falling unconscious.
When Hemlock awoke she was in a medical ward bandaged up. The two kindly gentlemen were sitting at her bedside looking at her curiously. They introduced themselves as Jedi knights and asked if they could take a blood sample to which Hemlock agreed. It was found that she had an incredibly high midichlorian count and after explaining her story to the two Jedi they asked if she would like to come with them to train as a youngling. She accepted since she had nowhere else to go and was brought before the Jedi Council. She was accepted and all the masters had high hopes for her since she showed promising ability. She became a padawan at the age of 17 and the council are now currently deciding which master to give her.
SKILLS:
Hemlock is skilled at basic telekinesis for her age and can move small objects with ease and larger objects with a bit more difficulty. She can use a lightsaber well and is above average at wielding one. She is incredibly agile and can jump higher than most others her age and has incredible perception skills due to her heightened senses.
