Its my first day, so probably I've done 27 things wrong already, but here I am ready to try my hand at this site! I've been roleplaying online in various formats long enough that I'm embarrassed to admit it to people who may not even have been alive that long, but never here, so I'm sure I'll miss a lot of things, and I hope everyone will be patient!

I am trying to set up my first character, a Toydarian slave-poet, right now, which gives me fun things to do, like think of how one writes an ode on the beauty of a Toydarian paramour, or a panegyric on the nobility and courage of a Hutt master. Looking forward to many happy times. If anyone has any suggestions, please do let me know!

Padme, I was not entirely clear, I know I need to have Toydarian approved as a playable species by 'submitting to an administrator', but I was not clear on WHICH administrator, and what precisely I should submit. Do you have any suggestions, or could you point me to the documentation that I'm sure that I'm missing?

Whoops, forgot to answer your original question!

You have no need to submit approval to play as a Toydarian. As they're canon, they should be more than allowed for use.
Unfortunately, the "Approved Species List" on the forum isn't exactly up-to-date, nor covers all of the vastness of SW species, so that may be why you might believe playing as a Toydarian will need approval.
