Just decided to reread that series for the 4-5th time (can't remember which). I now remember why I *******ing HATE Umbridge and Bellatrix Lestrange. Anyone else really like this series?

EDIT-crap, can an admin move this to the right section? My bad.

Done.

HP's a decent series, but the quality dropped the older Harry got. Didn't like Umbridge at all, too.

I found the film interpretation of Bellatrix really well acted, though.

I imagined Bella having straight black hair, and to look cold and snide. Like Makani's interpretation. However, the movie version was enjoyable, but, Helen does love to over-act.

For sure. I liked the fifth one, even the sixth was okay, but seven was just... dumb. Either kill him or don't, none of this back from the dead BS.

Oh, and Spoilers.

I'd take the harry potter craze day of the week over this twilight crap.

Even though I'm not a harry potter fan, we really went downhill with Twilight...

I am a huge Harry Potter fan. Read the first book after I saw the first film, collected all seven books in hardcover form, and have read the entire series 3-4 times. I dislike Umbridge in the book, and I sincerely hate the film's adaption. Helena Carter as Bellatrix Lestrange in the movies is a great choice, already being a fan of her in Fight Club.

The books are a great read, and the films are either great or alright.

I never understood why people read a series so many times. It seems a waste of time and energy, when you could be discovering new series.

There's only two books I've re-read, because I like them so much. I'd like to re-read Lord of the Rings though, read it in 7th grade and missed a lot.

I've re-read all of Raymond E. Feists work, don't see the big deal in re-reading though.

You've re-read all 30 of his books? Why? That's just wasted time. Yea, you like the series, I understand that, but you've already read the books. You'll get the same experience you did last time.

In the time it took you to re-read those books, you could have discovered a new author and series to sink your teeth in to.

I just can't see the logic in reading a series again.

I love Harry Potter.

I want to re-read it because I rushed through it so fast to get to the end. My second experience probably won't be the same at all. I have forgotten a lot of what happened in the books.

I don't normally read a whole book more than once though. Usually just the parts I really like.
