DESCRIPTION
The Hapan Battle Dragon is the backbone of the Royal Hapan Navy, the Battle Dragon is an old, unusual design, although it has received updates over the years as technology advances. company Olanji/Charubah enough to commission a crusier from then, the Battle Dragon is the result. The Hapan Royal Family favored the A unique aspect with the Battle Dragon is that it employs rotating disks afixed to the top and bottom hull plates. When the battle dragons weapons need to recharge, the disks can simply rotate to bring fresh weapons to bare on the target, allowing for a continuous stream of heavy firepower.
The Hapan Battle Dragon, while effective against single targets, doesn't fare as well against multiple targets to do lack of targetting computers, so when Battle Dragons are deployed they have a fighter complement in it's hangars alongside of support craft.
The Hapes Consortium, although they had ion cannon technology ahead of the rest of the galaxy, their turbolaser lagged behind. Although trade with the Free Worlds Alliance upon ending it's isolation had remedied this, with it's turbolasers on par with the rest of the galaxy's.
