I have one question. When you make a character does he have to be on a Faction? Cause I'm trying to make my character an assassin. Any ideas?

Your character doesn't have to be in a faction, but it's the best idea if you're new to the forum.

The Bogan would be the best place to make an assassin character, but the timeline is changing in a few days so it would be better to save that character until then. If you want to learn more about the timeline change check out the Announcements forum.

I'd suggest reading through the current write ups that are out in the Announcements board and just wait out the timeline change rather than make a character to play for two days.

as the others have said the timeline is changing on Tuesday, so its pretty pointless to develop a character for THIS stage. however for an assasssin-

if you want him to be force-sensitive a Sith is the obvious choice, and if you want him to be non-force sensitive im developing a subfaction for the Chiss that im going to pitch to Mars in the next few days, so stay tuned for that :)
