Hale is a strong willed character, able to take criticism and adapt from it. He works well independently but much better as a member of a cohesive team, following orders to the very best of his ability.
Regarding certain situations, he is very sensitive, often resulting in a complete lack of self control. He's also found it more of a challenge resisting the previous temptations oh his addiction to liquors & substances, previously resulting in really bad cases of withdrawal.

PERSONALITY:
On the outside, Hale is a calm and calculated man, while on the inside he is a filled with raw untapped emotion, just waiting to be released. Easy to anger, easy to please. The man enjoys the little things, from a good drink, to a beautiful female. Hale also respects authority and intern, seeks to gain the same respect from his peers and superiors. There is nothing much this man would not do to complete the task.
Out of a uniform , Hale generally tries to keep his business his own, unless it can miraculously benefit him or whatever he is fighting for. A man looking for peace, Hale will re frame from killing, unless ordered or left with no other choice.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born into a cold fatherless world, the only warmth Hale was exposed to was to that of his mother's heart, something that would be short lived. At only the tender age of 3 years old, the world he knew ripped apart, his mother butchered before his very eyes. She was killed for nothing more than her jewelry and , so the murderous scum could get their next fix. The young Hale survived and was later found by authorities, cradling the now cold and lifeless corpse of his mother.
Having being taken in by the local authorities Hale was clothed, fed and sheltered. Until the age of 6 when a young Hale, matured by the brutally of the galaxy, made the important decision to leave his godforsaken homeworld in search of something better. Acquiring the credits, by stealing and selling items, he was to afford to travel to the nearest space port. The place he hoped he could find someone to take him away, after weeks of waiting the time eventually revealed itself, sneaking onto a cruise ship.
He was caught soon after take off by the catering crew, as he was found stowed away in a food container. Shocked by the age of the boy, the staff unanimously decided against turning the boy in and instead, deciding on doing what they could to raise the boy and give him a good chance at life. He spent years on the ship, as it traveled the expanses of the galaxy, constantly an adventure. His life was simple, he worked hard and he was rewarded, he learnt the basic of discipline.
