DESCRIPTION​

The Gymsnor-3 is a short-haul light freighter manufactured by CorelliSpace, a minor corporation which set out to compete directly with the Corellian Engineering Corporation's range of light freighters with its own products. They were largely unsuccessful anywhere outside Corellian space, although their products have a small but devoted following there to this day.

The Gymsnor-3 is a simple freighter, 34 meters in length with a crew of 1 plus 4 passengers. The ship has consumables sufficient for up to 1 month in space, and can carry up to 95 tons of cargo, 5 less than the YT-1300, its biggest competition. Armament consists of a single medium laser turret, which is noted for having considerable blind spots in its coverage, making defense of the ship against pirates and other foes difficult. In the event of an emergency, the ship's entire cockpit section can separate as an escape pod.
